    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup fresh jamun (black plum) or 1/2 cup jamun pulp
    • 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
    • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
    • 1 cup sparkling water or soda
    • Ice cubes
    • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
    • Lemon slices (for garnish)
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Jamun:
    o If using fresh jamun, wash them thoroughly and remove the seeds.
    2. Mix Ingredients:
    o In a shaker or a glass, combine the jamun pulp, sugar, lemon juice, and chaat masala (if using). Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
    3. Add Sparkling Water:
    o Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the jamun mixture over the ice and top it with sparkling water or soda. Stir gently to combine.
    4. Garnish:
    o Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
    5. Serve:
