I missed ally mcbeal as the show began around the same time I entered college and had to keep my GPA above 3.5 (long story). My roommates watched the show, but I couldn't stick around to watch with them As a Chinese American, I love ling woo. And i thought Dr House's one liners were smart and funny before I watched this. As a little girl's father, I would be so proud if she turns out to be as poised, articulated, and logical as ling here.

Firstly, I love her!! Secondly, as someone who used to go to strip clubs way too regularly, she's right on the merits of her argument (although there is no question that some women who do this work are exploited by men who take their money and mistreat them). What finally ended my going to these clubs was when I finally got it into my head that I'm in a bar with 10 to 30 naked (or nearly naked) women and not one of them is interested in me especially once I get to the bottom of my wallet. Wish I had seen this clip back in my early twenties. It would have saved me a small down payment on a house.
@Calm Blizzard I stand corrected. "MOST" women ARE exploited in this way by the clubs or persons that run them. I would still argue, though, that the men going to these clubs are victims of their own desires and the propensity of these clubs to prey upon said desires. Will you, at least, concede that point?
