I upgraded from 5.05 to 6.72 to jailbreak my PS4. I then started getting this message (CE-30391-6). Then I noticed my unit wasn't saving the date so I changed the 2032 battery and nothing. Still not saving the date. I tried updating to current firmware through PSN and I kept getting "update failed". I had to update to 7.55 with USB. Now it is saving the date and playing games again. No Jailbreak but it works again. What a headache!
This error tends to happen if you don’t login your ps4 to the internet for sometime or your internet was not good when connecting to the ps4 a stable internet connect will usually fix this problem, i even had screen freeze with this error it was crazy i ran a rebuild ps4 from safe mode and connected to a stable internet and now it works like a charm
@@ibzmav I don’t have this problem anymore and yes it can be play offline also, if you have this problem just make sure you connect to a stable internet connection first, and then after you can use it offline too

I had the same problem. I only play offline but I hadn't updated my PS4 for 7 months. Try updating your PS4 to the latest version. That fixed my problem😀

You need thermal pasta when putting the motherboard back. If this also not fix the problem, you need to sent the ps4 to ps support... This error code is really a different difficult one, you can't find it on the website and playstation dont give a clear answer when you call with them technical support... I called them yesterday...

Ok follow my steps. 1. Save your games or re download. 2.Turn off your PS4 and then press and hold until you hear 2 or 3 beeps (Depending what model your ps4 is) 3. Go to the option "Rebuild Database" 4. It may take a while to do it.

Bro it does just do what he says in the video and after that everytime you start your PS4 you must connect it to the WiFi network before playing any game.Hope it helps

Ce-30391-6 is not a wifi problem like you say. İ dont use wifi. İ use cable. İt is a psn network problem.
