- Today's video was on the Ta 152 C-3, this is one of my favorite props in game and is also very noob friendly. This plane is well worth to play especially at a 6.0 battle rating

The Ta 152 C-3 climbs very well at high climb speeds. The Ta 152 H-1 loses climb performance at higher airspeeds due to high induced drag.
This makes the Ta 152 C-3 a very valuable strategic asset. If you utilize a shallow climb for the beginning of the battle (IAS 340-360 km/h) directly at the enemy team, you can get there way before the reset of the German team, and usually higher than all the enemy aircraft, except the Hornet I think. This allows the Ta 152 C-3 to push down the enemy teams with BnZ long before the rest of the German team arrives, giving the entire German team an altitude advantage at the beginning of the battle. Most games I have in the Ta 152 C-3, the German team absolutely cleans the allies, and I end up with 2-3 kills on average.
In comparison, the Ta 152 H-1 cannot use this strategy very effectively. It's climb performance completely suffers at 340-360 km/h IAS, so it can't get as much altitude using this rush tactic, and thus is not as effective using this strategy. Typically, with my climb speed of 260 km/h IAS, the rest of the German team encounters the enemy before I do, meaning that assuming the allies climbed properly, there is no altitude advantage at the beginning of the battle.
German teams are good, so often they mop up anyway, but when playing the Ta 152 H-1 versus the Ta 152 C-3, I have relatively more games where the German team gets wiped out, and then I clean up the enemy team with 5-8 kills. The raw performance of the Ta 152 H-1 makes it a killer, but only really impacts the middle and late game.
In other words, the Ta 152 C-3 has superior performance to the H when considering strategic value, while the H has superior performance when considering tactical capabilities.

@@TheDonwt, play at optimal altitude guy. The funny thing being that this plane (both variants) are very mediocre at lower altitudes (H-1 is maneuverable though). Around 6-10km is the best spot to be in both variants. Even I didn't realize at high altitudes the combat flaps don't even break unless under bad g loads.

Just look at the repair cost for a B29, it is really no reason for playing it and You die for sure every times the teams die.
To me this is the worst performing Fw in game. It has a turn time of 27s, the single worst turning fighter, period. Even twin engine fighters like F7F can out turn you. It has average max level speed and most opponents can catch you. It has decent energy retention but once you turn, your energy is gone... So you have an energy fighter that can’t hold its own in a turn fight and can’t run away - aka dead meat.
I just don’t see how this plane is even competitive compared to Ta-152 H and Bf109 K, neither do I see how the high repair cost of 35k SL is justified.
I don’t even know if this plane is modeled correctly. If it was accurate, then Kurt Tank must have had a serious mess up designing the Ta-152 c, as it is a worse fighter than its predecessor, Dora and D13.
Can they qtlest put the turn rate to 25 sec its just get outperformed when getting uptires atleast 25k repaircost it should be at it only has good firepower and energy retention. Not much handy when someone's above you
You can also use it in ground battles, the 30mm is surprisingly good at taking out tanks

Typical warthunder player: "let's go for bombers first".... really tired of that mindset. only justifyable when the bombers are a me264 squad. otherwise, let them bomb and focus fighters first.... you should know that.
