I absolutely love the T28, it was my first ever 3 mark, I managed to mark it within 89 battles and in the very last game I got 7k dmg, that was a nice finish
My dear sweet T28! I absolutely love mine. When you figure out its quirks, it's such a fun tank to play.
You're a bully at top tier (like the T95) and when bottom tier you support your top tier team mates and bully anything you see with your DPM.

i two marked on t95 but not with t28. T28 armor isnt reliable as t95 imo
Most frustrating tank I ever played. Could not get anything done with it. Armour never seemed to hold up.
Wiggle! You need to move it slightly during your reload for the armor to work. And carry some gold, it's needed once you're face to face with a vehicle you can't easily pen with regular rounds and this will happen a lot as you're pushing through heavy lanes.
Wiggling can't angle flat armor. It's 254mm. The reputation/myth of the T28's armor is the only reason it bounces shots occasionally. If you have ~300mm you can autoaim if you want. Can even pen the mantlet if you want.

Most of the people make a mistake while playing T28 by not dancing between the shots, however I played it last time before the nerf so what can I say, also on the paper it's the same gun like on TS-5 but in reality T-28 have a laser gun in comparation to TS-5

I love the gun, but I completely disagree about the armor. Unlike the T95, the T28 is much flatter and has a larger front to hit. That superstructure is a flat 254mm. You can load gold and autoaim the T28. You would never be able to do that against a T95.
I 3 marked T28 a year ago and I'm on NA. We get uptiered a lot more than EU so tanks that rely on armor typically struggle unless it is obscenely angled or a hull down tank. The DPM is fantastic but I never like trading mobility for "armor." Jagd 8.8 is a much better TD for the same role. Faster, much higher DPM, more accurate, and preferential MM.

I'm surprised this tank has some fans, because in my experience its a pile of garbage that has no armor, both when i played it and when i play against it.

I like T28 and have 10000 battles in it, but honestly its not good tank, very simple yes, but not good. Lack of mobility, no turret and unreliable armour stop it from being able to reliably carry. But its really goodto learn how to predict enemy movements.

Its an assault td. So better then a heavy or pure td thats camps at redline

My favorite tank. It just works all the time, even against tier X sometimes. I just peek around the corner and they can't pen me and they take one for the team. In 1.20.1 it got even better as perks now work from 1%. Adrenaline rush became mandatory on this tank as it has a good hp pool and enough armour to be confident at 10% hp. Only drawback for me was the week cupolas of this tank, they are very easy to pen so you have to keep dancing all the time. Overall one of the best tanks and I can even go as far to say it is better than t95 tier-for-tier. Too sad i had completed grinding of this tank today. I will miss playing with it💔
You need to try su-100m1. I used to love t28 until I tried su. Same thing but with medium tank mobilty.

In which world does this tank have good armor? Its frontal armor is completely straight and anyone who finds the Premium Ammo can easily punch through it. It also has 2 cupolas that are easy to hit. The gun is the only thing in its favor. Hard to play this thing!

I hate this tank...its so inflexible, and lets be real, with all the gold spam its armour is useless.
I was playing in my contracarro. I was facing a moron in the t28 who just sat in front of me. He was rewarded because I bounced the lower plate 3 times and the cupola some how with the 4th. Tank is a dummy proof heavy that’s classified as a td

I was facing a Ka-Ri last night and he was shooting me hulldown and I was shooting him.
He bounced of my armour 3 times and missed thd rest.

Hahahaha combines the best hahahaha, man you are such a joker. Speed of a turtle, huge copula and 0 ability to sidescrap, yes definately the best combination ever. The only thing that is not bad is the gun handling that is only average together with frontal armor when you are top tier.
Who said speed is a highlight of heavys and tds? And obviously the has to have a cupola, how lower tiers are supposed to pen it? Why are u even talking about sidescrape? It has no turret can't u see?
