When they perform this, their ages range from 10 to 12 yrs old. Now they are on 14 to 16 y.o. and on their puberty stage.
Correction Francis is now 15, Mackie is 15 until September. Keifer will be 17 this year!!!
They’d only been together 6 months when they did this & it is a bit rough around the edges compared to later performances & their harmonies are much tighter now. As well as doing covers of various songs on the TNTV channel, around the same time as flashlight they were involved in a TV show called ‘your face sounds familiar kids 2018’ ( here in England we had a similar show called ‘stars on their eyes’) where each week the contestants would be given an iconic song/ performance which they were then to replicate. It was a weekly show & they’d be given their act for the following week at the end of each show, which basically gave each of them approx 7 days to perfect their routine, however, because it the TNT boys had other commitments, they would often only end up with 3 days to get their routine together, which is astonishing when you see their level of performance. Not only did they have to copy vocally but they underwent a transformation physically with regards to outfits etc. The males sometimes portrayed women & the girls sometimes portrayed men, but because of a lack of male trio’s for the boys to mimic, they took on more female roles than male & this is where I should explain to you. Obviously you are in the US (my apologies if you are Canadian) & it was from the US that the most disgruntled viewers originated ( & people that n the UK where I am).People seemed to think the kids shouldn’t be dressed basically in drag & with some of those dance routines etc but you have to understand that in the philippines, where the boys are from, they don’t have such hang ups about stuff like this, as far as they’re concerned it’s just entertainment, it’s not their own words or their own dance moves, they are just mimicking, which is the whole point of the show ( although the odd word/s were changed in some songs because they were definitely not appropriate for young children). The way I look at it is that these kids are basically doing what millions of kids do around the world every day @ that playing at dressing up, it’s just that these kids do it to another level. The boys were excited to play women because a lot of their idols are female pop stars & the kids were never forced to do anything they didn’t want to & there was a psychologist available all the time to make sure that the kids weren’t confused & that they understood that it was just a performance, just a game for them. You may have strong feelings about this but I urge you to at least check out their opening week’s performance where they did ‘ too much heaven’ by the Bee Gee’s, just to see how amazingly talented these boys really are (there were some excellent performances from the other kids but week after week the TNT boys were on a totally different level). The series concluded with the grand final a few months later, which the boys won with an unprecedented 100% of the vote for their performance of ‘bang bang’ as Jesse J, Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj. Through the weeks the boys tackled numerous genre’s & here are some of the other performances from in between:

The Three Tenors - ‘o sole moo’
Aguilera,Pink & Miya - ‘lady marmalade’ along with many others, both international artists & Filipino artists. It is very entertaining & very funny but once you’ve got over the laughing you start to see just how amazing these boys are & how much they must’ve studied the original performances to take in not just the vocals & the moves but also the mannerism’s etc of the people they are portraying, it’s pretty mind boggling really.
At the end of that year they released their 1st original song on the ‘wish bus US’, a song called ‘together we fly’. If you want their backstory then pls watch the vid ‘ a million dreams ver 2.0’ but I advise Kleenex be nearby!!!!
Finally I said that ‘flashlight’ was their 1st offering from the TNTV studio but in fact it was their rendition of ‘silent night’ when they were even younger, yet their vocal gymnastics were still on show despite been so little ( cuteness to the max & then some!!)
You have such a lot of catching up to do but I am certain you’re gonna have the best time doing it, ENJOY!!

Here I am watching it again....Hehehe. Btw, September is the start of Christmas in the Philippines called the "ber" months. Check their Silent Night version and they were only 10,11 and 12 years old then. Francis the soulful belter is 10, Makie the riffs and runs is 11 and Keifer the whistle and smiling face is 12.

TNT Boys is the best group of the last years. They are great singers, entertainer and dancers and sing with perfect harmony. In 2018 they had 16 appearances in 16 weeks on the "Your face sound familiar kids" show. Every week they appeared in the roles of well-known stars from Bee Gees to Diana Ross & Supremes, from Spice Girls to ABBA. They fully deserved won the competition with 100% of the votes. Thanks to the Keifer Believers fan group, I was there live when they performed as ABBA. In 2019 their first original song came out. "Together we fly" tells something about their own story. Please react to this song either in the live version on Wish USA Bus or in the version from TNT Versions with videos from their past. Because of the pandemic, they have not been able to perform together since 2020. There are only a few recordings made with ZOOM. For their fans, the three have their own solo channels here and have released some cover songs. Mackie and Francis was last seen regularly at Kumu live and Keifer published the song "rainbow" on his channel on June 6th for the 4th anniversary of his facebook fan group „Keifer Believers“. 2 weeks ago they met again fort he first time. I´m sure, we´ll hear something new from them soon. They have the power and the voices. I hope, the TV channels will support them again.

Hello! These boys mean the world to us, allow me to give you a backstory of them, to appreciate them even more.
They are from the Philippines 🇵🇭💛
Keifer: King of Whistle, long hair, age 16 as of now, and my favorite 😂❤️
Mackie: Prince of Riffs and Runs, age 15 as of now
Francis: Soulful Belter, age 14 as of now
They competed against each other in a local singing competition called “Tawag ng Tanghalan” which means “call of the stage” in English. Keifer came in 2nd, Mackie in 3rd and Francis in 5th. They were asked to guest on a show called GGV. They were asked to sing “Listen” and the video when viral. They were formed into a group right after, given the name TNT Boys (because of the show they met on.) They then moved on to become the first to perform on four Little Big Shots franchises (US, UK, Philippines and Australia.) Then, they joined a show called Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids (in this show, you are given three days only to practice the mannerisms and voices of given celebrities.) The Boys won this show with their grand finale “Bang Bang.” They moved on to the show, World’s Best, and had outstanding performances. They did not win 😔. But then they had their first world tour! We are still proud of them. They also are the youngest singers to have a sold out concert at the Araneta Coliseum (one of the biggest arenas in the Philippines. Almost every artist dreams of performing there.) Please see their music video/first single “Together We Fly” on the CZcams channel “iwant.” They are currently working through puberty, but they are making amazing progress. They have won many awards, have made history being the youngest sold out performers and have accomplished so much more all around the world. They have been through so much together and have overcome poverty, which makes them super humble. Thank you, God bless 💛🙏🏼

These little boys started singing at very early ages, I believe that Keifer started around 3 years old. And Francis also but they was just singing!
Now Mackie did Singing and dancing at a very young age and I think he was in a Movie over there? But his soundings was very poor as well as Keifer an Francis.. they met on a singing contest. Where Keifer took 2nd, Mackie 3rd and Francis 5th.. after the contest they was invited on a daytime talk show. They was asked to sing a song together those three, and make it look like they was arguing!! The song was LISTEN!! The rest was history!!
