Your use of Romeo & Juliet throughout was so great! I'm glad that you used them for the appropriate lines, but also that you opened and closed with them. And not any of their tragedy, especially since Taylor wrote the song specifically to give them a happy ending! And aaww the way you transitioned from Romeo smiling at Juliet to Amy smiling at Laurie! So cute. I actually never shipped A/L until the Greta Gerwig LW! That was the first time I felt a depth to their relationship. So I was happy you included them!
And aaww all your parallels of the two best Cinderella movies! I love that the characters actually get to know each other in those versions as opposed to the love at first sight crap! haha also...sexy Scottish men...I digress. lol xD
"And my daddy said stay away from Juliet" awesome lyric match with Downton Abbey Tom/Sybil!! MY FAVE PART OF THE VIDEO MIGHT JUST BE 0:59 "PLEASE DON'T GO" the GORGEOUS parallel between Mary/Matthew (I love love love them as Darcy would say lol) and Darcy/Elizabeth!!! OMG that connection killed me!!!! And the fact that it not only matches visually, but in context of the proposals gone awry!! SO perfect!!
I loved that you used that Pearl Harbor scene for "all that's left to do is run" doesn't it kind of remind you of the Wildest Dreams music video? lol I mean seriously Taylor as a brunette in 40s style attire looks so much like Kate Beckinsale. Okay again, my mind has wandered. Sorry! haha xD

I’m a failure I’m really not well versed in period dramas.. I think I’m only familiar with five of these.. I dunno why I just never got into them, but this video really makes me want to watch more of them!
