I'm guessing the facility itself is only a fraction of the entire branch of Yoglabs. You have bases on nearby planets, a wormhole to different parts of the galaxy and alternate dimensions, doors to an infinite maze of pocket dimensions, and who knows what else. And holodecks with their vast assortment of simulated realities is just icing on the cake.
