CCSE seminar: Sheila Coleman - Hillsborough

The Centre for the Study of Crime, Criminalisation and Social Exclusion welcomes back Sheila Coleman from the Hillsborough Justice Campaign, presenting as part of the Critical Research Seminar Series.
Presented in January 2016, as the inquests into the deaths of 96 Liverpool football fans at Hillsborough on 15 April 1989 were moving towards their conclusion, in the seminar Sheila talks about the campaign for justice and a number of related issues, including how the narrative of events is dictated and controlled and the role of the media and the establishment.
