The show was not the Voice. It was a singing competition in China originally for professional Chinese singers only. Dimash was invited to participate as a "dark horse", and they did not expect him to make it past the 2nd episode. He was the first foreigner and the youngest singer in the show's history. The others were 12-39 years his senior. After his first performance, SOS, they had to provide him with security and had over 6 million followers on Weibo, the Chinese version of Instagram. Many folks believe Dimash did not win first place because he was the first foreigner, a non-professional singer, and the youngest person ever on the show. So, they had to save face. Sandy Lin, a 51 yr old beloved and respected Chinese singer won first place. Plus, not only did Dimash outperform everyone in the show, but there were other Chinese participants who were also better than the winner. He was still a winner because they contracted with him to remain there for two years doing concerts and recordings. His first release went platinum in 37 seconds, and triple platinum in less than one hour. Whatever you choose next to react to really doesn't matter. You will not be disappointed. A few of my favorites are Adagio, Autumn Strong, All By Myself, The Show Must Go On, and a song Dimash wrote when he was 19, Unforgettable Day. These are songs performed on the TV show "Singer 2017." It doesn't matter where Dimash performs in the world, he gets treated with the utmost respect and showered with flowers and gifts.
Towards the end of a concert he will usually make his way off stage into the audience and even in New York the worst thing that happened to him was a kiss on the cheek. In the Almaty concert he made his way from one side of the stadium to the other in a crowd of 35 thousand people, completely barefoot and emerged unscathed, even protecting a young female fan from security when she ran to give him a hug.

You are right about the audience showing Dimash a lot of respect, that's why you don't see them acting like fools or throwing things on stage during his performances. They show their respect and love by showering Dimash with lots of flowers after his performance and according to Dimash's wish, most of the flowers are delivered to nursing homes etc. He has a very big heart❤. Dimash can give his bodyguards gray hair because he himself can find it difficult to stay on stage for a whole concert 😅he loves to mingle with the audience regardless of potential danger, that's how much he loves his fans or Dears as he calls us. Sinful Passion - The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. Moreover, in the final part he added, with an oriental technique (from the Kazakhstan region). The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band name is A'Studio (Kazakh pop music group based in Russia, "Alma-Ata Studio", Almaty city). The dead singer (who Dimash was a fan of) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poetess Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the long-haired keyboardist, who we see in the video that accompanies Dimash.

A 3rd generation talent in a gifted family, as well known for their decades of quiet, unpublicized acts of charity, as much as their musical abilities, individually and together. Recently, somebody sent me a video, recorded by a stranger across the street, when he recognized Kanat (his Father) driving a huge commercial cargo van. He pulled up to the back entrance of a nursing home, the entire family, Dimash included, unloaded and took in, the entire cargo load, packed to the ceiling with boxes and bags of groceries and household necessities, back and forth, when finished they immediately got back in the van and left. I know so many similar incidents, I couldn't begin to count them. This entire family walks the walk ❤️ God bless them, they are beloved by their nation.

Dimash is known as the security killer because he usually finds a way to get into the audience. He did it in his sold out concert at the Barclays in New York in 2019. He jumps jumps off the stage and runs right to the audience. No one tried to hurt him of course. We have seen him jump off the stage and crawl over the barriers to greet those in wheelchairs. Dimash, ... Ikanaide. He performs in Japanese from a stuido due to covid restrictions at the time. Very up close and personal.

Dimash is a miracle, so his absolute powerful and unshakable presence on stage, compared by some to a god of music, sometimes to a prince or king, the energy he absorbs from the Universe, then how he anchors himself to the Earth, his connection with the Divinity, all at a place, it gives him the strength and confidence to "command the audience, to order the orchestra, to order the song", so that everything comes out the way he wants and how Dimash feels, that is unique. All these qualities are only at Dimash, absolutely. The goosebumps and hypnosis induced by Dimash are the characteristics of his concerts and appearance on stage, which are shaped by his endless beauty, sometimes translucent, sometimes sensual, sometimes angelic !!! Igor Krutoy, the man in white shirt giving his standing ovation, invited Dimash to participate in this festival in the same year. "Sinful Passion" was created in 1998. This is how the song was performed, exactly in the 20th anniversary of this song. It speaks of greater love, greater loss, greater despair, greater desire, greater passion. The loss or lack of this love, in Dimash's interpretation, has the dimension of a loss of life, which one is very anxious to restore. In place of the original purely pop instrumental part (inserts), Dimash included (after the last chorus) his vocalize, a stylized onomatopoeic (like a lament) eastern ornament and the words "дай мне, дай" (give me, give me) with a 23-second melismatic on the last syllable, which is not a simple substitute for a pop musical theme, but an extension of the story sung earlier in words. ❤️🎤🔝🌹🌹👏👏 Love how rhe audience shows appreciation to the singer by giving those flower bouquets, they express gratitude when you get that amount of work and respect from an artist like Dimash, who is a hard worker and a passionate individual that puts his soul in every aspect of his artistry to please his audience. ❤️🎤👏👏🌹🌹🌹

People are going to tell you that the bald man who stood up to clap is billionaire composer Igor Krutoy. This is true. They will also tell you that he was retired, and went back to writing songs just for Dimash after seeing this performance. That is not true. This performance is for Igor's TV show New Wave, an annual singing contest for new young slavic-language singers. Dimash and Igor already knew each other, were already friends, and already working on music together. But nothing had been released yet. Igor invited Dimash to perform at the start of the competition that year. He was not a contestant because he was already pretty famous by this time. Igor does write songs just for Dimash now, but he was never retired.

Actually back in the 70's and even into the 80's people at Concerts in Canada used to be respectful, just like in Russia, but the change from a "WE" society to an "I" society has destroyed all aspects of North Americain culture not just Concerts.
Dimash is not just a very creative artist with a stunning voice, he is also beloved by millions for his promotion of a "WE" culture worldwide.

Since last year, he has been living in LA between concerts and public appearances, working with some great producers and musicians, we expect new songs and videos, possibly a tour in US. He's actually in Los Angeles on a scholarship! The name of the school is New York Film Academy and they have a campus in LA. He is in a program for directing as part of his doctoral studies in musicology.

You asked about the signs. His name is actually Dinmukhammed Kanatuly Kudaibergen. It was shortened to Dimash Kudaibergen for the stage.
The band named A'Studio that accompanies Dimash, is the same one that composed the song minus the lead singer named Batyrkhan Shukenov, who died of a heart attack in 2015. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, (the keyboardist with long hair, which we see in the video accompanying Dimash.) The tones in the middle are oriental Arab technique (or traditional Qazaq singing, called Joqtaw. It is a lament to the deceased singer). The last run is 24 seconds on 1 breath.
The man in the white shirt giving a standing ovation at the end is Igor Krutoy. This is the first time he heard Dimash. He came out of retirement after seeing this competition to begin his collaboration with Dimash.
