I’ve been there. My bff of 30 years walked out on me last year. Nothing helps but time. And time…takes time. You’re smart. Rely on that. Counselling is overrated. You remind me of myself. I love docs, I collect dolls, I like puzzles to stop thinking, and cleaning to start thinking lol…I read a lot, don’t watch tv. Being over 50 is such a headtrip. Women are on long journeys, and it’s easier if we have a friend to share it with. Sadly, friendships seem so difficult to maintain. What can we do? I have 3 dogs. They can be too much, but they are important to me. Life is a complicated bitch, huh?

Watching this recent video I feel very sorry for you having lost two persons you loved, and I wish you, that you can accept and then get over your mourning.
