Ovako slično pravim i ja kolač fritule, samo kod mene ide jogurt od 180 ml i manje brašna. Jedna žličica rakije, da ne upija ulje... Jabuke nastružem. Każdy komentarz mówi o tym, że przepis wspaniały i każdy będzie próbował to zrobić. Ja zrobiłam, na oleju. Powiem, że samo ciasto w smaku jest rewelacyjne, ale żeby nadać kształt temu pączkowi, masakra. Niesamowicie się przykleja do rąk. Chyba, że masz na to sprawdzony sposób...
Następnym razem ten przepis wykorzystam, by upiec go jako babeczki, albo w podłużnej foremce.
Pieczcie Koleżanki, bo ciasto bardzo smaczne. Acha, nie miałam rodzynek, zastąpiłam je żurawiną.
