Psy went over to the dance team where they made the Dance and bought the rights to it.
The Dance is now owned by Psy. He did not even have to pay them a cent but he wanted to make the KPOP thing popular to everyone and he wanted to help them out.
There was a News here in South Korea about the whole thing about Psy copying the dance and stuff.
Cool, I guess it is a testament to his acting in IRIS he did come across as a cold (but very sexy) badass ( there was something about his last words thou that lead me to believe that there was more to him than met the eye)
The girl who's dancing with'em is Gain who's a membre of Brown Eyed Girls(abracadabra)

According to Psy's twitter account, he got the idea of doing a remake of abracadabra dance because G-Dragon started do that dance move when he first heard this song.

I think BEG would appreciate the renewed interest in Abracadabra. Maybe Psy felt that BEG's song/dance deserved more attention? After all, it could have remained "just an old song," and now it's the talk of the town.

The thing is, PSY actually considered doing something completely different from Gangnam Style. As an artist it would have been better, but as a global icon it would have been better to go with what he ended up doing. I think its a hard decision for him, since there is so much pressure on him. I agree with you about the MV :)

Your cricism was probably one of the more constructive ones that are out there. I mean, there was another guy who says that he does not like the song because he doesn't think it's appropriate for his children. wtf? anyway, imo, given the pressure that Psy was under, he did a very good job with a comeback song. I know that he is not a one track horse, so hopefully his next song would be something different.
