Why is their "Flaky Fish" looking so pink (4:40) like tell tale Local Basa (Pangasus) which is also flaky when filleted fresh, rather than anything resembling our Pristine White Flaky Bekti ? Is asking the Establishment enough ? Do they ever admit using anything other than Calcutta Bekti !
