@Tommy Harris Well, Rip doesn't think red meat is bad for you. Neither do I. Sure, you can probably overconsume red meat, but you can overconsume on just anything. And the fun part is that every hunter back in the day ate red meat and they are all dead now so that must mean that red meat is bad for you. Lol.
There is just so much junk science out there saying red meat is bad for you so that people producing this crap can have a job to go to, and so that the government can put up guidelines and tell you what to eat, and so that companies that sell processed food can profit from your poor choices of food selection. The whole thing is absurd.
I'd bet that if you'd be eating real food, not in excess so that you get fat, you wouldn't have to worry about your food choices or your health. 3 no more that 4 solid meals a day and you'll be fine. Stop the snacking!
People today obsess about what to eat and when to eat. I've been one of these people, but I have changed my mind. The science behind red meat being bad for you is nonsense.
Go listen to Shawn Baker (carnivore)and Rhonda Patrick ( PHD biomedical...). I'd recommed that you just eat whole food that the farmer produces like oats, milk, meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts and you'll be fine, and not in excess that you get fat.

"Tech neck" with an abnormally large laryngeal prominence (adams apple) makes racking the bar impossible with choking. For cases like this, the tech neck needs to be fixed before one can rack the weight without choking themselves.

You don't even have to lie and say that you have a medical exemption from wearing a mask. Just say definitively that you can not wear a mask. The implication clearly being that you have a medical exemption and by law they can not interrogate you about it. I've been doing this the whole time and it works just fine. Also having a commanding physical presence and a little confidence goes a long way toward keeping peoples noses out of your ass.
