I’ve had that exact same boat for almost a year brand new from the factory the guy you were talking to is correct your not gonna get a stronger hull than a dusky ,if you’re not familiar with Boat construction it’s a three piece hull construction most boats are a two piece construction a hull and a liner the dusky is a hull a liner and a top cap. Everything with this boat company is made to order you pick and choose what you want built on the boat that keeps the price down and if you don’t want all that girly fluff crap that ends up getting destroyed within a year or two in the saltwater environment then dusky is a way to go, i’ve taken my 25 dusky to Bimini numerous times and down into the Keys via the ocean I do not own a trailer with my boat everything is by water the boat handles like a 30 foot not a 25 foot because of the bow flare very solid ride👍
