Budget: Determine your budget for the camera and any additional accessories you may need, such as lenses, memory cards, and camera bags. This will help you narrow down your options and make an informed decision.
Purpose: Consider what you'll primarily be using the camera for. Are you interested in landscape photography, portraits, sports, or something else? Different types of photography may require specific features and lens options, so choose a camera that suits your intended purpose.
Camera Type: Decide on the camera type that best fits your needs. There are three main categories: point-and-shoot, mirrorless, and DSLR cameras. Point-and-shoot cameras are compact and easy to use but offer limited manual controls. Mirrorless cameras are smaller, lighter, and offer advanced features. DSLR cameras are more traditional, with a wider range of lenses and accessories available.
Megapixels: While megapixels aren't the only factor in image quality, they do determine the level of detail in your photos.
