New EU migration deal: border controls, asylum policy and mandatory solidarity • FRANCE 24 English

  • The European Union agreed on Wednesday on new rules to handle irregular arrivals of asylum seekers and migrants, a deal hailed as a breakthrough after almost a decade of bitter feuds on the issue. "The content of this compromise today paves the way for the reinforcement of the controls at the borders", FRANCE 24's Pierre Benazet said, adding that this means even families with children could be held in closed centres before their asylum requests were processed. The deal would also set in place a uniform asylum procedure within the EU with all 27 member states participating in the accommodation or financing of migrants, Benazet said.

Also their finger prints should go into a world wide data base to locate criminals. Those that will be deported will probably return in less than a year. If we have their DNA & or finger prints they will get caught even if they have new identities. Please talk about this subject. There is no alternative except to permanently and immediately forbid illegal immigration and expel illegal immigrants if Europe, the United States, Canada, and Australia wish to maintain their cultural, ethical, and ethnic identities, at least partially. The ongoing pro-Palestinian protests on their soil have made it abundantly clear that their internal safety and security have become extremely precarious and vulnerable. The months-long protests are not only being funded by forces hostile to them, but they are also carefully planning each step of the demonstrations with the ultimate goal of destabilizing them.

The way the pro-Palestinian demonstrations are playing out in the US and Europe is a clear indication that these countries' security and safety are in jeopardy because of the large number of protestors who support terrorism and the money they receive from adversarial foreign sources like China, Russia, Iran, and a few other Muslim nations. There won't be much longer until these groups begin to assert that they are the native inhabitants of these nations and that everyone else is an outsider.

By bringing Africans to Europe, you won't save Africa, only turn Europe into Africa 2.0.

This basically means that there is now EU-wide agreement how to deal with illegal migrations. For people who are planning their difficult and dangerous journey it's a good thing as they won't stay in limbo after the arrival. It also means that more and more people will arrive when the weather softens. EU could make an agreement with Mexico to displace illegal migrants there so that they might decide to go further north. USA should bare the responsibility for destroying their homes and financing anti-government movements in their countries. But they do whatever they please, leaving death, destruction and lots of people who have to find a new place for themselves.
