What if Shinsu is a kind of medium that both breathes life into Administrators and Shinhueh, while also acting as a medium for the Tower's will itself? What if the Tower is underwater on the Outside?? Share your thoughts and theories!

I think it is a tower under water, only upside down. That is why the "higher" you go, the denser the Shinsu.
And what if the purpose of the tower is just to grow (like a plant). The familie leaders where suppose to transform into administrators and add new floors. That is why they where gifted immortality. (well, maybe not all of them). That is why they stopped climbing the tower, they couldn't really. Not unless taking the position of administrators.
Because they kept putting it off, the tower is looking for a way to force them or an alternative to be able to grow. (Or maybe it is in the fase of able to produce "fruit/seeds" to be the base of new towers...)
I know this theory would need some work, but I do like it ^^

And I agree because the door to the ''tower'' actually appeared on the floor when Bam was bashing it because Rachel disappeared. and the further you go the more pressure the shisoo has on that floor. I think the tower really is under the water. I have a theory that the tower is collapse on the outside and fell to the sea or something like that, that's why the door that bam's open on eps 1 is on weird position. Now i can also imagine the structure of the tower and the underground place of bam and rachel in the first eps. I ALSO have a brief idea on HOW Arlene manage to get out of the tower, by using moon phase, low tides.

I think that Headon and the other Administrators are disappointed in the lack of progress in climbing the tower since it's about 20,000 years since the system was established. Jahad said his son would continue to the climb in his stead, but he has yet to take a Queen and actively sabotaged the Princess of Jahad system to prevent himself from having to marry, because he is still in love with Arlen.

Then again as a thought experiment when has power made anyone a better person? I'd think she'd be a lot like Tramurie when it comes to Bam. He'd belong to her like he used to and she'd shut out the likes of Khun from ever establishing a connection with him. Harwayun would stay with her if only because of Bam and Fug would have a harder time getting to him because Rachel is still a schemer and Bam himself would start growing his strength (albeit slower).

I have the feeling that while administrators follow in general the tower's will they also have personal agentas as well. They have different personalities and made different decisions. For example why only the 100 floor admin offered an immortality contract to the family heads? The second floor admin might have made a rebellious move by helping Bam, but we shouldn't forget that he let Evankhell be a floor ruler beforehand and liked Bam the moment he met him. No other administrator did any apparent rebellious move other than him and perhaps Headon. So i have a hard time believing that the floor administrators have one unbreakable common will but rather they follow some general rules with each admin having their own personal touch to them according to their personality. Additionally the 135th floor admin was hostile to the family heads unlike previous admins. To me they feel like the family heads, while they have common roots they have different perspectives and it seems apparent especially now that Bam showed up.

Hi Doc, great vid. I read this interesting POV on Guardians on a Reddit post once:
    """
7.3.1 Same goes for Admnistrators: they are pieces of software designed to keep the system flowing in their scope of the program (i.e. each floor). They are called administrators the same way your user session on your computer can be administrator, i.e. with full permissions. Administrators rarely intervene in the events of TOG because they're more background softwares of sorts, here to guarantee the integrity of the operating system (which is the Tower).
Also, the contracts between Administrators and the 12 Great Warriors is nothing more than the administrators granting special permissions to some users who entered the Tower. The reason why no tower inhabitant can hurt Zahard after his contracts, is because they are NPCs that cannot violate the rules established by administrators of the program (like how Kirito can't attack Kayaba in Sword Art Online) . This is why external, non-NPC, real flesh-and-bones human - a.k.a "irregulars" - are needed to kill Zahard. Irregulars, i.e. real humans, are not bound to the rules of the Tower (like Neo in Matrix), because they are not NPCs: for instance, they do not need contracts to use shinsoo.
I think the administrators being superusers is the reason why it seemed incredible that Enryu managed to kill an administrator: these guys are like the backbone of the tower, it seemed impossible that they would die. But Enryu being "the messenger of the God of the outside" (i.e. probably the messenger of an Axis), he could easily overpower the operating system and break it. Enryu acted like a sort of virus: it broke a critical part of the operating software, to the point that the 43rd floor of the Tower couldn't even regenerate itself, because the administrator is the software that is supposed to ensure the regeneration.
I also think the reason why Headon keeps letting irregulars enter the tower, despite Headon being supposed to be subservient to Zahard (although the authority relationship is not clear between Zahard and the administrators), is because Headon is a software optimized to allow the emergence of the one true God, and with Zahard having abandoned this goal (maybe he lacked the qualification in the first place? We'll find out later in the story!), Headon keeps letting new candidates in.

i think that at the start Siu wanted to make a story that would end in "axis there, axis here, strongest axis, bam becomes one, fights them, wins"
but then he understood that it would've been pretty lame right?
there's a whole lot of lore outside the tower, so it's strange that it doesn't even appear in tower of god (for now).
Also, let's return on headon being a shark, in the tower the strongest shinheuh is the killer whale, that's where Adori's sobriquet comes from, Eurasia sobriquet is instead "great white shark".
Supposedly in the towers (and sometimes in real life too) orca's predate sharks, meaning they're somewhat stronger.
Wouldn't that imply that there's an administrator stronger than headon? (as he seems like the strongest)
    maybe last floor administrator?
and returning to earlier, there are a lot of elements that we don't know much of in ToG that have connections with the outside, it seems like they will eventually have to be addressed in one way or another, that makes the story even more interesting.
I'm talking about the outside god, enryu (that will appear one day or another), Arlene and her whereabouts, workshop ecc.
they're too important to be left like they are right now.
Also, there has been a theory going around for ages right now, what if shinsoo, (divine water) is the power and "area of control" of an axis? you know how it's called DIVINE water right? wouldn't that make sense?
bear in minds that there are a lot of towers on ToG planet where the tower of god is located.
all these towers could just be "tests".
what if the only tower or one of the very few, to possess any type of power like shinsoo, is infact the tower of god? and maybe that's why Siu is showing it to us instead of the other towers.
there's a whole lot of lore from other stories of Siu, and sometimes it gets really REALLY close to the tower of god, like the main event of all of those stories combined, happening on "earth" the planet of the tower.
i know Siu said that he doesn't want to bring Axes into this story, but will he really not do it? i feel like he kinda has to now.

My guess is the tower is resisting jahad, because king jahad mentioned near end of hidden floor, that he is starting to control fate & potentially go against the tower. I think SIU really tricked us with Headon. He seemed so antagonistic towards Bam when Bam took his test. But Headon said the test he gave was appropriate. At the time I think 99% of readers will assume Headon is lying.
But look at what Bam is capable of now? What if that test was fair the entire time, especially considering he is the one to suggested Yuri give Bam Black March. Even further when you consider the possibility that Headon might have some sort of future sight like many other characters do.
I think it’s interesting that the admins themselves have to follow rules to an extent. They have to test the irregulars and have to allow them to pass on from their floor if they pass.
We know the tower has some sort of will to it but is it possible there is an actual conscious entity that set these rules up for them? It also goes beyond that though. Jahad and co were given items and seemingly had relationships with the admins when they climbed. Their role is one of servitude inherently, which kind of goes against their godlike nature. Their purpose and motivations are one of the biggest mysteries so far.

I really hope you're right and this isn't a GOT or PLL situation. Because I'm genuinely worried the writer has no idea how he's going to end the series. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten in to a really good story only for it to go downhill and be ruined at the end. Either because the author keeps dragging it out for far too long or because it abruptly ends. It's unfortunately really common in the short story horror community. You cannot start publishing a story, even if it's online, if you don't know how it's going to end and how the characters are going to get from point A at the beginning to point z at the end. Because if you don't know how the story is going to end you can't leave clues, you can't leave foreshadowing, you can't plan things out. It's just extremely obvious when an author didn't know how the story was going to end. The story isn't cohesive. If any future writers are reading this don't make this mistake. It will ruin your entire story. People can tell when you don't have any idea how the story was going to end. The walking Dead is another great example of this. Where the author just kept dragging it out for years and years and years before finally ending it when he got bored. That's why the first couple seasons were really good and then it just went downhill. If he had planned it out he could have ended it and it would have been remembered as one of the best shows ever. And now it's a joke, just like game of thrones, and pretty little liars, and supernatural, and lost, etc

‏‪13:40‬‏ for that I always asked myself why was the door that Bam opend on the floor? Was it because of his position or because the tower is underground (aka an ocean beneath) or is it in a completely different dimension. Urek said the outside is more vast but we don't know if there is one outside or multiple. Like Bam and Rachel came from outside but they don't have stars. They were in a place like tunnels but there are mountains? How? If it is a tower is it vertical or horizontal? Or is it like a planet with multiple layers and you start from the core until you reach the surface? A planet of water. Does Jahad and the others know what is the tower and how it is structured or are they oblivious like Bam and they started climbing it to explore it (Eduan said that Jahad is better as an adventurer than as a king) the water theme is very obvious to where I think SIU wanted to be a fisherman but didn't work out for him😅

    @Vaquita_Vibes Před rokem +6

We have to sorta think retroactively as to what the will of the tower before Jahad and when the deal was made with Jahad prior to any new wills. Since that might be telling of the situation since we'll have the pieces to work out what exactly the admins are planning here.
So to start things off, the tower is a type of entity in which people from the outside can come in and seemingly become stronger as they progress through it ( we arent sure of any power they gain through the tower is allowed to leave with them, if they can leave at all). So the tower may have started off as a tool with the sole objective of creating stronger beings, for what purpose is unknown at this time and whether or not those selected willingly came in or were forced too. For all we know, the beings who failed to progress further just stopped and settled in the outer tower layer on which ever floor they were at, potentially being the ancestors of all the normal people who now just live and die in the tower generation after generation, completely forgetting their ancestor's origins to the outside.
We really have no idea how long things have been like that with no one completing the tower, till Jahads crew came in and making it the furthest ever seen before ( floor 134). During this time, they grew stronger and even recruited people who were just living in the tower to continue climbing with them (presumably the decendets of past selected individuals were also given the right to climb, or might have needed Hedons permission like the current system of him selecting regulars from the residential areas of the tower to climb, not sure how they did that back in Jahad's crew early days). But at the end, even Jahad stopped climbing and apparently made a deal with the admins on behalf of the tower to just let them rule basically.
Its also this time we see the cracks in the Jahad team as Arlene and Vi formed FUG and things were getting tense with the other members (they eventually sided with Jahad based on what we know, so a 11 v 2 situation) Vi and Arlene wanted to keep climbing, presumably so they can get to the top and maybe get back home since they might have just been kidnapped by the tower, that or they just wanted to reach the reward at the end of the tower if anything like that was promised (?). Jahad and the other family leaders effectively just settled as rulers, Vi dies and Arlene just peaces out of the tower some how with what we assume was dead baby Bam.
The real question is what was the will of the tower to just allow Jahad seal the way to the upper floors and just halt all progress, and recycle through each generation of decedents of past climbers? If the original goal was to take in and create greater beings, this was not gonna aid in those plans. Maybe the tower saw promise in Jahad's group and they spun it as a way to just take a "small" break from climbing. They might have wanted a reward for making it the furthest anyone had ever made and the admins chose to humor the idea since so long as they cleared the tower, who cares if they take a break. Hell, with the new system, way more people were able to get as far as Jahad's team (which would lead to the establishment of the ranker system). So potentially more greater beings were gonna be created. A win-win, or at least it should have, since the Jahad's team just sat on their asses and played politics.
Moving throughout the ages, we are basically in a stagnate system where nothing is advancing and the 10 families and other groups are just running amok in the tower for control. We do see some "irregualrs" pop in like Phantom, who just messed up Jahads palace and leaves, Enryu comes in to do the exact same thing but even more extreme on the floor of death by ultimatly killing one of the admins. Then we have Urek who wanted to find Phantom in the tower, but his immediate goal is to now get back out of the tower, and to do that, he's gonna need to get past Jahad and the seal placed getting to the next floors.
So things have just gotten so hectic, that the will of the tower has changed and the good graces that were bestowed upon Jahad's team has soured. But what to do, they made a contract that was apparently so air-tight, the admins are just stuck with the current situation with no way of fixing this mess that they permitted to happen in the first place. Welp, here comes Bam, with the power to just absorb whats ever thrown at him and nullify magic. This is it, the chance the tower has been waiting for to get of those damned family heads and Jahad from preveting people from advancing and halting the creating of greater beings. So the admins may not be allowed to directly oppose Jahad, but they can make indirect use of FUG (the whole point of the org was to get passed Jahad and keep climbing) and us them to get Bam ready to fix the bug in the system.
Thats kinda my guess on the whole situation at hand from start to finish and what the ultimate plans going forward, hope you liked the long read :D

I had a similar theorie about the admin rebelling in the FB tog group.
But I don't think all of them are rebelling, just Headon, the one on the second floor and maybe a few others. One admin is enough to defeat Jahad's empire so they don't need to wait for anything. The reason I think they are rebelling is whoever create them wanted the tower to be complete and Jahad is stopping that by locking the higher floors. Most other administrator probably don't want the tower to be complete because they don't know what will happen to them afterwards.
Jahad also didn't stop the climb just to be king, he was terrified of whatever was up there.

I have a feeling that this isn't really a "Tower" but what if it's and "inverted" tower? or in other words an abyss. I might add, the size of the administrator somewhat correspond to the towers floor as in the higher the floor or in this case the deeper the floor the more gigantic the administrator are (look up deep sea gigantism)

The thing about the Administrator when he fired Hansung and Evanhell from the floor of test to karaka's dimensions is always in my mind.... I always find it interesting... I always wondered why.
But now That I see your point it makes me goosebumps a little.... What if just what if... Soooome Administrator isn't happy about Jahard's rule... And currently the Administrators are split into 3 types? The Ok with Jahards rule, the Neutral ones & the guys who are rebelling.... This means absolute chaos in the tower.
but I also thought of another possibility.... We all knew from tidbits from the secret floor back in the train that Jahard used to be a Shounen protagonist type like a boy full of Adventure in his blood... But as he gained more & more power he started to act out of character. What if the tower thinks that jahard actually tricked them? After making that contact making him the king of the tower and immortal because of such contact the all being in the tower, the Administrators and the tower itself cannot touch Jahard at all.... And their only hope is to bet for an *outside* intervention or perhaps to more specifically an Unknown God from the outside to strong enough to break Jahard contact... Not to kill him specifically but destroy his contact would be enough.
The tower is a series of tests that encourage people to go challenge the next floor upward the tower with a promise of fulfilling all that you desire once you reach the top thus people keep on climbing, despite the absolute hardship.... And yet only jahard and his companion reach the current highest floor floor 134 or 135 i think?.... Then refused to ascend any farther.
Jahard basically Doped the tower, no one has able to reach the true top... Everyone is doomed to rot inside the tower without any hope of reaching the top... And the tower can't touch him cuz his the king of the tower, & no one can compete with him cuz his all powerful & immortal....
In a nutshell everyone is fcking doomed ahahaha

It's implied that Administrators like the Red Thryssa are the same or similar to the Blue Thryssa, Ghost and the Devil(s) inside the living ignition weapons. We know that the Thorn was hollow and dead and required the Blue Thryssa to ignite it and that the Beniamino brothers use the halves of the devil to ignite the Ignition fluid in their bodies. We also that the seven swords from Cheonwha & Danwha's homeland were made from the splintered soul of a monster/demon that terrorized their homeland. SIU said that while Ignition weapons are described as weapons with a soul that its more accurated to describe them as weapons made using a special kind of Shinsu.
Assuming these are all the same type of being albeit Administrator being larger in scale while Ignition weapons are bound to a person or object they would likely be sort of Metaphysical race possibly made from a special type of shinsu hence the shapeshifting and regeneration. Angels, Demons and Gods are known to possess these qualities, often taking the form of animals, hence why some these beings have animal-like or demonic qualities.
Also remember that when the Administrator on the 43rd Floor died all the Shinsu not inside its body became toxic hence why everyone who survived moved there, so I could see Shinsu's true nature as a Demonic Miasma that is being purified or regulated by the Administrator to support life.

I think the Tower might want to stop the 20k year stalemate Jahad created. If the Tower and Admins exist to test people and to be climbed it is not too far off that the current stagnation goes against its nature/purpose. At the same time Admins seem to have varying personalities, as an Admin made Jahad king while another stopped him from further climbing.
Concerning Headon, he could very well be the Towers God or maybe just their right hand. Headon and the Admins are probably bound by some rules to not interfere directly, but if they truely are rebelling it would be weird to have Enryu kill one of them. Maybe not all Admins are rebelling or maybe there are even multiple factions trying to interfere with the Tower. That could also explain why Headon wanted to make Rachel the heroine. If Bam was sent by the faction of the God from outside the Tower, Headon could have taken that opportunity to put his own piece on the board by using Rachel.

I've had this concept where the Tower might have some level of sentience or intelligence, and either generates, or takes in when it can't, things that it feels it needs to prevent stagnation and help drive change. Jahad climbing, the "first to climb" as he proclaimed, was a highly turbulent event that greatly changed how things worked in the Tower. And, after many tens of thousands of years under Jahad and the 10 Great Families, things are becoming stagnant again.
We are seeing the Administrators acting, even if indirectly, to move Baam, or others to help Baam, when it suits their obscure purpose. I'm thinking how the Administrator for F2 directly sent Evankhell to a place where she and Hansung could directly help in the Last Station, where they otherwise would not have been able to.
Maybe the Administrators are a manifestation of the Tower's will, set to make sure things function in certain ways, and with the abilities to expedite results desirable to the Tower. And in that sense, maybe the class between Enryu and the Administrator for F43 was because Enryu represented an outside power acting in opposition to the Tower's desires at that time?

    • @doncleckner9308
      @doncleckner9308 Před rokem

In that line, we do see something similar where there is a living entity that people can enter and traverse. For the F21 test, we see Team Sweet+Sour enter a Shinheuh, a Zygaena, to collect something growing inside of it. Perhaps the Tower is just like the Zygaena, but on a vastly greater scale?

  • @muhammadsharif7516

My thought is that even though the administrators are the "gods" of the tower the Irregulars scare them. When Bam made a contract with the administrator of the second floor, the administrator thought Bam was limiting himself. Even though the family heads made contracts with the administrators to gain eternal life you have people like Pentaminum (controls fate), Enryu (killed an administrator and it probably wasn't him going all out), or Eduan (spear can pierce half the tower). Hell Joe more or less had the power of an administrator and Urek at 100 percent wasn't worried. It makes sense to me the administrators don't like them around. The administrators where the kings of the their respective floors and now their power is limited because of Irregulars. I think the administrator of the second floor sent Evankhell to save Bam because he thought Bam could eventually kill them. You even have an irregular like Jahad locking down the 100th floor. I doubt even Headon could go there. Honestly, if an administrator tried anything against a family head, I wouldn't be too worried about the family head. Traumerie would just have a new fish as a pet. I look at administrators as kings who have now lost their throne.

I have two theories: 1) the administrators were all at some point shinheuh and some cataclysm like the tower will or something like that made the strongest one the admin of each floor( sorry to make the comparison but like the archon wars in genshin only one can became de admin and the winner gets to be the "god" of that floor.
Theory n2) it always bugged me how currently the admins seem to want bam to kill Jahad but for that to happen bam would need the thorn. So why would the admin fight enryu? I think before that incident the admins were happy with jihad but after they realized they neither have the power or the will to stop the "outside god" so to avoid anymore cataclysmic they decided to not fight and help happen the will of the outside god that second Arlene is moving through bams( her dead child body)

  • @evanclp514
    @evanclp514 Před rokem +1

this seems all pretty straightforward. but i think the "true" god is the god of the outside that Arlene spoke with. Headon just acts on his behalf. Headon's character has parallels with Lucifer. there's a lot of biblical references in the series. Enryu has parallels with another angel - Gabriel. it's possible Phantaminum is another. and i think it's likely that Zahard was allowed to rule the tower but he became corrupted so the outside god has sent Baam to destroy his empire.

It's probably not a good idea to lump TUS into this but I can't help myself. The way Siu describes Axis fields in the TUS comic and blogposts is that it is the power to be compared to god. And that within that field their power is absolute and cannot be erased by any non-Axis. So I wonder if Shinsu, the shinhueh and the administrators are all part of Phantaminum's Axis abilities. Or maybe another Axis, since there is a bunch of towers in the TUS story called "The Towers of Attrakion" or "flower stalks". With no known entry or exit. So maybe an ancient axis in the TUS universe created all the Towers and they all have shinsu. Or maybe a lot of different Axes collaborated making the Tower. Though lumping all of this in with TUS and Axis stuff might not be worth much since it's debatable if anything TUS related besides Phantaminum is considered cannon.
Really good ideas here about the Tower's will making Admins rebelling. I wondered if the administrator's are upset that Jahad stopped climbing and that is against the purpose of the Tower in the first place.

I'm very much on the same wavelength as you as far as the importance of the administrators goes. I think that at least some of them must be rebelling against Jahad but perhaps not all of them.
One question that I would like to know the answer too that I think would explain much of the story is: What did the Administrators get out of their contract with the the great families?
Obviously we have a good idea about what the families from the deal, immortality, and then Jahad made another to make him "king". But why would the administrators give this boon to the climbers? Personally I feel like they probably were at least a little afraid of what likely amounted to an invading force into the tower and they ended up making the immortally contract on the condition that the great families and their decedents are similarly unable to harm the administrators or interfere with their authority. Jahad 's king contract is probably conditioned on Jahad preventing anyone from any further climbing. Why they administrators would want to stop them is another matter but probably related to what the tower actually is.
Speaking of that I can't wait for the next vid! When I first started reading TOG I always thought that the tower must be in some non-corporeal space and it is accessed through a dimensional passage or something. The tower as described is just to big to be a literal tower on a planet, it doesn't work. Also even if it was a physical tower on a planet and we assume it's some dimensional magic to make it bigger on the inside what stops inhabitants from discovering and entering the tower? Why are there not more irregulars and what allowed the families to enter?
This brings me to my more recent thoughts on what the tower is. I think that the last question along with this fact actually provides a huge hint: the great family leaders weapons that they brought in from the outside were originally made for use in vacuum!
To me the implication here is that the tower is a McKendree cylinder like megastructure somewhere in space. It explains why they would have vacuum weapons, why the tower is seemingly so inaccessible, and makes the continent sized floors perfectly reasonable without any dimensional shenanigans. Also if it is a man/alien made megastructure than in its creation one of the first things to do after building the thing might be to populate it with flora prior to bringing in any fauna. This would almost certainly be done with machines to automate almost all of the process to the creation myth of the tower also seems to fit.
Excited to hear your thoughts on it next vid!

Plus baam's description of a fishbowl, after releasing the shinheuh in the lo po bia tank... Two things that really interest me here. Bam/Rachel Irregulars and the Tower Meta.
From my pov the regulars rankers system is Jahads, so the title irregular interests me. When it was revealed that Rachel wasnt the one the tower wanted I was confused because I figured, ok that means shes the irregular and bam was chosen. But it seems both are considered irregulars and Bam just opened the door himself (anime shows a big hand thats why i was confused). To me, in the eyes of the tower, Jahad and the OG fam heads down to Bam are actually regulars. The true chosen ones, or in my mind the people with potential to do the most. Its Jahads system that dubs them irregular, meaning the administrators would likely want to push Bam forward to accomplish what the Tower exists for.
This ties to the meta. Im so confused if Jahad made it to the top or not. From my pov it seems he acquired the title of king and the power over the tower on (floor 143?) and sealed it. Im not sure if he really climbed to the top. It seems unusual to me that “everything lies at the top” and Jahad gets there and chooses to come back down and rule the tower. I feel like something went wrong along the journey, Arlen didnt love him, he found immense power and got tricked by destiny etc. Why would the Tower let him prevent others from climbing? How could an Admin give him the power to do that?
I know this is long but im just joining the ToG community, yall know there is so much to talk about lol. Just wanted to add here, I think Gustang has the bracelet from the hidden floor to have some tie in to The Boss. I watched the Boss vid recently and i like the theories. I was thinking since the recent chapter says the bracelet ties to their hidden floor fears, the Boss may be Jahads greatest fear/mortal enemy from the hidden floor. And that bracelet Gustang got might tie into that somehow. Exciting lol.

My idea is that the administrators don't really care about the tower inhabitants, same sith loyalty. They are first and foremost the servants of the tower, and therefore i don't think they care about their inhabitants because of the purpose of the tower. In the end, the objective of the tower is to test their participants, which aren't supposed to be regulars for what we see.
I say this because it kinds of seem like the tower is make for irregulars, and is hellbent on favoring them over anything else, with how they don't offer conditions in exchange for power and they are the only ones allowed to take the original tests. Also how the truly important rewards of the tower are only things irregulars can do ( the black hole of shinsu and the rice cooker are the main examples i can think of) while the rewards for the irregulars are mostly built for other inhabitants of the tower. It is also visible in how they allow the family leaders to go througth there doing whatever they want, even breaking the restrictions of the tower and administrators don't care (yes, it could be because it is their capacity and irregulars and administrators don't seem fair stopping them from using it, but when other rankers attack regulars, they get a punishment from the tower rules, yes, but also if it caugths the attention of the administrator, it goes personally to double punish them), this could be seen as double standarts, but it suddenly isn't if we consider it as administrators putting the tests in order for the player, considering the inhabitants of the tower as parts of the tests and the irregular as players; now, if an irregular goes making a mess, it doesn't matter since they can take the tests however they want, but if it is a ranker, the it is different, now a piece is destroying the test of others. This could also explain why administrators don't attack irregulars atleats they are destroying the floors of the tower (and even so the administrator from the death floor seemed to be particularly aggresive and still trie talking enryu down of it) because if there isn't a floor, there are no more tests and players can't advance (plus, enryu wasn't really taking the test).
With this said, the maybe administrators are moving the strings to make people continue climbing again to finally reach the objective of the tower, but they won't directly attack zahard since they would be interrupting its test.
As to what an administrator is, my guess is they are spontaniosly created along the floor, since they have control over all of it shinsu and seemingly make it take form, i would guess they are born before the first life forms of their floor (considering the death floor, which didn't had an administrator, degenerated into a place where regulars not only couldn't live without the contract, but also didn't had any lifeform beside the parasities of the administrator body, impling without an administrator there can't be life in a floor), and from there they form the shinsu of the floor into a suitable trial ground and place for life. I believe many people forget something about the tower, and that is that it doesn't only have shinsu, shinsu is literally everything and everywere inside the tower, forming everything in there, from air to water and from a fish to the strongest regular ranker in the tower, that is why people can levitate or things like the shinsu black hole are so destructing. Even so, the shinsu in the enviroment is supposedly useless even for irregulars (exceptuating some techniques and the thorn), so the administrators abilities basically allow them to alter matter. Making them perfect for the people in charge of creating and giving trials to irregulars, while also don't giving them the chance to control irregulars, since they aren't from the towers shinsu.
With this in mind, i don't think the final reward of the tower (the wish) is shinsu related, but saying it could be an spoiler. But if that is true, then the administrators objectice is probably to take an irregular outside of the tower again, and to do so, they stregthen them since they won't be capable of manipulating shinsu outside or receiving administrators help.
If the administrators really are trying to do this, the there are some ways they could be doing this, by forcing jahad to climb the tower, or by helping bam, who seems to be helped by an exterior god who also gave him an administrator (which could also be what the administrstor of the 2 floor refered to saying it was his rigth to control shinsu and not a boon of someone). This ends with ghost, who seems to be proof than theey chose to help bam to agitate the tower. As to who is ghost, my guest is that he is either pentamon (maybe h wants to help the administrators following lrders from someone outside), which on a side note i believe is the fountain of the power of the bracelet mustang has and he is actually only using his power as an irregular, which ciuld be the reason to climb the tower while doing his work, or, in his defect, an administrator. I know this seems kind of weird, but there are a lot of simmilarities between an administrator and irregulsrs, and that could also explain why he can use shinsu black hole, simmilar to how the god guardian could insiee the train

I understand Shinsu is means divine water, but it makes more sense to talk about water as flow. As in divine flow where that flow of energy can be converted into fire, lightning, etc. IMO.

I’ve had this line of thought in way too and my thoughts were maybe the administrators have had enough of jahad and his empire and now sort of are working in a direction to get rid of him because as we know jahad broke the key to continue up the tower and in my opinion the whole “all you desire can be found at the top” is something headon and many others bring up and to me seems to be something the administrators might want or as you brought up they carry out the will of the tower so perhaps one of the main things the tower wants is for people to continue their journeys to the top and as you briefly went over we don’t know really all that much about before the 13 initially entered maybe it’s possible that there were other irregulars before them that had been climbing that we don’t know about and we don’t know how long the tower has been around so perhaps after all these years that jahad has been blocking the way to the next floor the administrators are starting to take action against him so the way up can finally be opened once again also I remember that at the very end of the floor of death arc we saw gustang speaking with someone many people believe this could be headon (as do I) this and many other times now administrators have seem to be getting involved (or not getting involved in certain instances) in a way to sway towards baams favor as maybe he is seen as an irregular with the possible potential to beat jahad. I’m not sure if this is true but I think I also remember seeing on the wiki somewhere that headon was looking for enryu (maybe for the same reason to beat jahad) of course this all makes me wonder why the administrators haven’t gotten rid of jahad themselves one of my thoughts was maybe the kings contract also extends to them as residents of the tower. The last thing I want to mention here is that I think I remember someone (maybe hansung yu) stating irregulars are let in into the tower when there needs to be change this sort of goes against the whole thing they weren’t chosen but how I’m thinking about it is the tower carries this function out itself according to its “will” while it’s headon that “chooses” the regulars. Not sure if this all makes sense but these are my thoughts on the topic.

The Headon is undoubtedly a god and the creator of the tower, and the tower would be an exponent for a new god, and the fact that this supports is that in several passages he is treated with specific honorifics as if he owned the place, and most importantly, when baam opens the door, and that whole test pass happens, we see that he knew one thing that would be tog's story, he talks to rachel if she did him a favor, she would be the protagonist from the story of tog, which in theory would belong to baam, and we don't know how the axis influence the "history" I believe that headon is an axis because he broke the 4th wall, because it didn't seem like a metaphor, and we know that someone has to having created the tower, and what makes the most sense is the guardian of the first floor, because he is the link between the outside and the inside of the tower, and as if he felt the power of the outside god who influenced the creation of this story baam's fate, and if he manages to interfere in tog's future, in this story, that means that he is at least an axis, or a type of god really, because I think axes can only be "human", headon can be a god of that world where the tower is alocated, something similar to a divine being, that is even stronger than an axis, who knows? , because we know that a character with an Egyptian design, with so much symbolism in tog, would not be an ordinary character.
Note: it is important to note that in the anime, the headon staff has, in place of the spheres, the shape of the planet earth.

an entrance and exit out of the home is always at first floor not top of it ... and its obviosu that hedon is the god of the tower we have been hinted tons of times its him ... he is different thatn any other fish ... heck he is even a fish but he is also rabbit and he is also shark shark which is the strongest fish ... hedon knew the language of outsiders , hedon was speaking to baam even before baam get into the tower he was speaking literally while baamn was outside of the tower its there in first episode of the anime ... and there was a hand who appeared and took baam inside of the tower and hedon was speaking to him more likely he tricked baam and opened tower for baam ... he tricked rachel then he tricked baam since baam wouldn't say no if there was rachel so first rachel then baam its the orcestrated ... and if hedon wanted to kill jahad or administrators had any problems and wanted to rebel they could kill everyone by their own power ... they live and do what they like ... that's it ... jahad's contract doesn't let him to go aboe and his immortal doesn't spread above 134 floor so he is stuck there that's it ...

@@g_phantom_1252 yes, and he seems to know that there is a power of an axis influencing the tower, with that baam speech, and I believe that axes are only the so-called "humans" in TUS, which leads me to believe that there may be beings superior to the axis , I don't remember if the creator of the work said that the axis is the greatest power in the work of the universe of tus, but this is interesting, there is a lot of occult symbolism in the work, it is a differentiated work.and you yourself confirming this context, headon is a real god, and it leads me to another question, what does a god like headon need that he cannot do himself, and asks rachel for help and even offering a favor, that sounds very strange , I can't think that jahad controls headon or anything like that, if that's the case, and I believe that headon doesn't even care who the king of the tower is, maybe he is restricted by his own rules created in the beginning and needs help to change the tower? but what would be what he wants rachel to get, you know.

Iirc there used to be a god in TUS controlling the Axis with their broken abilities but that being then disappeared and a few theorists use this as basis for their theory about the Tower being supposed to create a new god above the Axis. Also Axis are beings in TUS who were once human before they ascended somehow to demi-god hood.

Perhaps it goes back to the idea of stale water. The administrators gave the power to the 10 families because they brought new life to the tower but now the family heads are preventing change. The flow has been disturbed and now after the latest chapters this idea is more flushed out. Zhard and the family leaders were supposed to eventually go up the tower but now they prevent the flow from continuing. Perhaps some of the administrators wanted to cure the disaster before it harms the tower completely.

My opinions are the tower was created by a outer god who probaly wanted a fishtank or something or even experiment and left it for whatever reason.
The admin grew up together and then split up in the tower. Headon probably being the oldest one took the first floor where he could control anyone pretty much entering the tests or the tower.
Then the family head entered and probably created some sort of questioning to the admins what to do with them. They were far superior than anyone except themselves so they didnt care.
When the family heads and Jahad made it to the last floor before the admin was hostile , they were probably given the titles of ruling the tower while the Admins just stays away further and let someone managed it.
I think that the admin that attacked the family heads did not like them and this is why Jahad sealed the door. That admin wanted to get rid of him. The other admins probably voted if they were worthy enough for immortality and reign on t hose floors and pretty much the tower. The vote passed.
Times passed , Family heads destroyed many things , nature , animals , technology and many more. They became corrupted (by something to be honest) who perhaps were not the admin itself but since they signed a contract , they cannot kill them and since the floor was sealed , the other admins cant kill them.
Some admins grew annoyed like the admin on the test floor literally helping fug. FUG = rebels = needs Irregualr = Baam = power to kill the admins.
Headon is involved but not with Fug but with his own interest. He also his clearly in touch with Gustang.
Then things changed when Enryu popped out and said u die for the sake of a child that was given to us by Arlene.
Headon since been pretty active and mad (shown i dont remember where) where he is trying really hard to find Enryu to fight/kill him.
I still think Headon is stronger than other admins and they are all kinda brother.
He wants revenge for his fallen brother or whats to get rid of him to say the tower belongs to the admin and nobody else.
Then the key for everyone including admins is Baam. We will get a full circle 1 day but I feel like Headon could be the final boss or even the one that somehow manipulated the family heads

I have to think that the Administrators are secretly plotting to get rid of Jahad, but have a contract with him that claims he is king and can't directly harm him because of that. So the only thing they can do is try to recruit Irregulars to take him out. As to why, it seems most likely that Jahad simply refusing to let anyone else climb the tower beyond the 134th floor is the reason. What's actually on the 135th floor is mysterious as a result, as whatever it is, it convinced Jahad and the other great family heads that they ought to stop climbing the tower and just rule over it. So it could be that the adminstrators are simply looking for someone who will actually try to finish climbing, which is the tower's whole purpose here.
