The Easiest Lucid Dreaming Technique In The World...

- This might just be the easiest lucid dreaming technique in the entire world. So easy you can do it with your eyes closed. Try it out tonight, and let me know how you get along!
#luciddreaming #luciddreams #luciddreams
The technique explained for those who don't fully understand:
By wearing one sock during your sleep you are creating an unusual and rare bodily sensation that can help you distinguish between dreams and waking life. The sock causes one foot to be consistently warmer during sleep. During the waking hours, you (obviously) wear two or none.
Therefore: the only situations where your right foot is going to feel warmer than the left are:
1) awake in bed
2) during a dream
3) or in very rare circumstances when awake (one foot in a swimming pool for example).
So, if you're walking around, thinking you're awake, and then notice that your right foot is noticeably and inexplicably warmer - you can be pretty certain you're dreaming.
Think of it as a forced dream sign - similar to the flashing lights of a lucid dream induction device (which also have the possibility to misfire in bed when you're awake also).
Body temperature is one of the few senses that seem to permeate into the dream world with relative ease.

Interesting Mayby it's sound little bit logical to me I about to try this today 😊
Btw I have a questions what is my I wear a wet cold socks does it will still works?
I just say do I have hands
What if people can't feel there feet while asleep
There are couple of time when I know I am dreaming. In my dream I am going to my friend house but in mind way rain started I stop my bike and look at my phone then I realised the time is 2 pm and how my mom allowed me to go anywhere in night. So thought hit my brain I am dreaming.
Today I dream again and I know I am dreaming but I can controll my dreaming. Every time I dream when I try to move my hand it feel like some thing is stopping me from moving my hand or I require more force to do this.
Plot twist, your right foot is also warmer while your awake
Nahh what in the inception

If am aware enough to check the temperature of my foot , wouldn’t i already be lucid dreaming
No. That's like saying "if I decide to open a box, I must already know what is in it". Performing a test to establish your state is not the same as knowing the outcome of the test.
Most likely yes, i used to do a lot of nightmares when i was young so i started asking my self if i was dreaming all the time when awake and eventually when i am dreaming i started asking my self if i was dreaming also dreams are very odd so it's not hard to see the difference once you ask your self, but the sock trick might work if you're in a dream and notice that your right leg is warmer you might wonder if you're in a dream 🤔
@@LucidDreamPortalI'll try this out tonight
@@LucidDreamPortalthat’s a horrible analogy. Checking your temperature in a dream would imply that you are self-aware / able to make conscious decisions while dreaming. Which you can’t do unless you already know how to lucid dream
If you’re consciously engaging your higher awareness by doing something like this, then you’re engaging your prefrontal cortex which is heavily involved with lucid dreamers on the studies that have been done. So you’re on the verge of it, if you don’t lose it. It’s very common for people to become lucid and then lose their awareness that they are dreaming (even while continuing to use dream control)
Woah this actually makes sense. Since your senses are connected in your dreams you should be able to realize if what you had when you were awake is with you when you're asleep.
I don’t think I’ll ask my self if I’m dreaming if I’m flying

You're lucid dreaming the moment you realize
@@nimideniro8404 i once realised i was in a dream then accidentally woke myself up
Woo, get it Cosmatron 😁😁
An easy method is at random times in the day do reality checks(you will do them in your dream and it will be different so you know you’re dreaming)
1) check the time 2 or 3 times
2)check how many fingers you have
3)plug your nose and if you can still breath you are dreaming
This one blew up a bit! Must be the title 🙄
Yeah it's very frustrating that easy solutions are what most people are searching for. But hopefully it gains enough people's attention to point them in the direction of the reality of the subject and the course.
Please reply to me I'm interested to do lucid dream but I can't get it and I have curious question about that
Can I learn anything from lucid dreaming, and is it possible to memorize and never forget 100 pages of sentences through it?
Is it possible to learn 100 pages of sentences from a lucid dream and store them in my mind as if they were printed pages in reality?
I want to explore and innovate in lucid dream thought with reality achievements through lucid dream
No unfortunately that's not possible, lucid dreaming does not give us superhuman abilities, it's just an altered state of mind, but nothing magical about it.
@@LucidDreamPortal question, does lucid dreaming feel real
But what if I am dreaming now!?
You aren't.
We all are
We are all one. Everyone just obsorbing every bit of infomation they can, then when we die we return to the actual us, which is a giant sasquatch in a different plain of existance, with all of this infomation
We are the Dream people, If you leave this dream we are goners
Another super easy technique is “reality checks”…every once in a while during your day (alllll throughout your day) question “am I dreaming?” In your head. One example of this is counting your fingers. If you have more/less fingers than usual, you’re dreaming. While you’re awake during the day, count your fingers and make sure you have all of them. If you do this enough, you’ll do it in a dream and become lucid
I read that if your hands look weird then you are dreaming. I looked at my hands during a lucid dream, and my fingers were about twice as long as they should be. They were also twisted and gnarly. At least I figured out that I was dreaming.
AI must constantly be in lucid dream mode. It has the weirdest hands and feet.
I had my first lucid dream a few nights back. I kept waking up for no appear to reason when suddenly I decided I wanted to do a reality check. I looked at my hands and they were normal and then I dozed off quickly and fell asleep. I then looked at my hands in the dream and I became lucid. Try it out and tell me if it helped/worked.
I look at my hands whenever I feel like I'm slipping out of my dream and it keeps me in for litte while longer
Give me some tricks brother, I need it!
The technique is just looking at my hands. Theyll be fuzzy and out of focus in your dream. Idk why or how, but that trick is how i wale myself out of nightmares or start lucid dreaming

One thing i noticed is, now that im trying to lucid dream i end up dreaming every night.
The difficult part is REALISING THAT YOU ARE DREAMING.
I will lucid dream tonight
did you?
I've tried end dreamed i think i lucid because i could feel inside my dream
Since I was a little boy I’ve always had very vivid dreams like straight movies in my head. And I more often than not, could control them I could dream I what I wanted most of them time, I could pinpoint the moment my dream self realized I was dreaming, i can jump back into dreams I can makes totally different dreams. When I like I called myself a dream walker lol
The problem is, after some time I realize I’m dreaming but still can’t do anything
Wait people can feel during their dreams? I can't feel anything at all when I'm dreaming
OMG it worked after 1 week thanks you sir love from india❤❤❤❤❤
Is it true . Can i contact u ?
Hi😊
I remember this one! Used to be called something silly like HOOF
Well remembered Saffrinian, it is indeed "HOOF" - seemed like a short would be a good place to put it for the casually curious... hopefully a little taste of lucidity will inspire people to investigate the subject further.
did it work
I only remember my dreams as soon as I wake up. I can’t while im sleeping idk if that’s common or not?😅😅
@@lamargamings1064like what I’m trying to say is yes we remember our dreams when we wake up, we’ll most people do, but in order to realize your dreaming don’t you have to know you are? Because I can’t realize that I am because I only know I dream when I wake up now when sleeping during my rem
…even though you are offering a sensory input …it can be hard to remember while dreaming…I will refer to the post I already made….the key is to remember…that’s why I like the idea that you can do something dozens of times a day that doesn’t “cost” you anytime and you can do it in front of people without them knowing …glance at your hands …and remember it doesn’t have to be verbal…in fact I would recommend doing it in your head …and ask .. am I dreaming …thing is …the simple act of looking at your hands will (at least for me and many many people I have spoken to will reveal your dreaming) but when alone or at home say it out loud ….it takes minimal effort …. the key is repetition day in….day out …it will eventually occur for you to do it in a dream…..and the moment you do ….well my fellow seekers …you will clearly “see”….again all the best !!
omg thank you so much
One small problem i had one lucid dream i went without socks. Got into the dream with 2 socks and couldn't feel my leg
Personally my favorite way to check if I am dreaming is to fly or to or spawn people
I won’t remember who I am or what I’m doing but I will remember this one short
I think mine is easier that I experienced just today, sleep, go into a dream, if you can realise your in a dream (like I almost everyday do) control! it's that simple!
I think I have getting lucid dreams a lot but I only controlled in them once
While dreaming I can’t think
But the foot is warmer when I am awake too
I’ll just look if the sock I’m wearing in the dream is the same I had put on before sleeping
I really hope this works!!! I tried ever lucid dreaming technique in the book and I couldn’t seem to do it right! But thank you all the same good sir 👍🏻💓

This is good for me because I have trouble sleeping and share a room so I can’t do the crazy lucid dreaming techniques I’ll try it
My reality check for that works most the time is just trying to turn on lights in a room. For whatever reason turning on light on in a room while dreaming is hard.
Last night I had a dream I was in school and I looked at my shirt realized I was dreaming and plugged my nose. I could breath through it and then I did a lot of stuff like I hovered a little bit and I spawned water in a bowl but, I didn't feel lucid at all. So is it possible that I dreamed about lucid dreaming? If I did, does that mean that I can't have them because I should have gone lucid but I didn't feel different from any other dream and I don't remember explicitly making decisions.
When I first plugged my nose and breathed through it I walked around and tried to figure out what to do but I didn't feel different and I followed the dream lore after that with no noticable change between when I should have been lucid to when I wasn't lucid.
This will be answered in the next long form video being uploaded to the channel. So check back on Thursday and you'll get an in-depth answer. But short version until then: don't worry, that's perfectly normal and actually a good sign.
I will of course not take credit for this but…there is another good one ….wherever you are in the dream world (usually and or for the overwhelming amount of people) you always have something to look at…..your hands …you can make a habit of glancing down at your hands and asking if you are dreaming ….the trick here is focusing ON ANYTHING….we view our environment differently in dreams …when you “focus” on something like that the dream instantly reveals itself as such ….and yes Carlos Castaneda (sp) was the writer who exposed me to this idea …but I have used it to great effect …all the best and remember its ALL maya anyway …God bless
Why not, i really badly want to lucid dream and nothing else works, so why not
one more thing you could do is.When you are confused if whether you are dreaming just see the time cuz if you are dreaming you won't be able to see the time As your Unconcious mind don't know what the time is when you are dreaming.
That's How you can identify your dream and then control it.
Or you can just try to pinch or tickle yourself.
Is >10 socks enough?
Everytime I realize I'm dreaming and try to take control I wake up
You can also always check your fingers through out the day and then when your dreaming you will either do that automatically or you will remember to. And you know its a dream when your fingers look weird or you have like 6 fingers, I did that last night and I was actually dreaming cause I had 6 fingers!😅
My big problem is that I don't remember to say my self that Am I dreaming please tell the technique by which we remember to say this to ourselves in our dreams. Please
The only real question I have about this is what if we sleep with socks on already? Do we layer a sock on top of a sock for an extra toasty foot? Or do we put a glove on one hand? 🤔 Regardless, interesting, will have to investigate!
I don't think doubling up would create enough of a difference. A glove would be a reasonable alternative.
Frankly, with your level of understanding it's unlikely you'd need a simplified technique like this. This is more of a taster technique to give the casually curious an introduction to the subject.
@@LucidDreamPortal Ah, gotcha! Thank you! I was being a bit silly but I had never heard of doing this before!

Thanks, Colin James Hay..
Plot twist you piss the bed being warmer than anything lol😂
I usually check my rings or see if I can float
Ok so u had this dream one time
There were water slides on one side and for some reason it was also a city on the other was a bunch of pools abd it looked like a water park. But then the sky went grey then black then deep maroon and the ground cracked and it became a desert. I hid in a water tower and a guant wal coming to kill me.
I was not able to move i said "wakeupwakeupwakeupwakeupwakeupwakeup" and it became a lucid dream
I made a presedent and made his head explode (for some reason) and then i woke up
During a dream I also remember telling myself that if I can shoot flames out of my fingers then I must be dreaming.
Any chance their alterations for this method? Hypersensitivity to clothes touching me doesnt make for an easy sleep. But Id love some way to lucid dream more often.
I'm going to try this out for a while.
How's it going out for you?

I can control my dreams
I think i wouln't even care about my foot temperature when im dreaming. How would I?
I never get the whole, "ask yourself while dreaming" bit....my dreams are uncontrollable often random with contorted landscapes out of scale and random events happen. I always just go with the events, it's like i'm being shown a story through the eyes of someone else but with personal effects here and there. How on earth do people do this.
I'll try this, wish me luck
Good luck!
A creative idea
First in my dream i didn't even get to stop amd thick the dream goes like a book where pages turned by a wind i can't control it the dream keeps movin even when i switch places like from a garden to a house with 100 doors i can't keep a trank of that.
I did it!!!
unfortunatley my brain has VERY strong control and i cant even think during my dreams so its hard to get lucid
Just a question but isn’t lucid dreaming when your able to controll your dreams?
But how is it you will be dreaming if your right foot is warmer, if I’m awake my right foot is still warmer because I’m wearing a sock there and not on my left foot
Pov you check the comments to see if it's real
The return of HOOF!
I swear to god that I thought he said "put it on your white foot" 💀

It works about it like a mini nightmare for 5 or 6 sec and than the person becomes lucid I already did it in a different way I put my one leg out of blanket and after that I body feels relax and kinda weird and than my leg gets pulled by some invisible energy it drags me and I fly Into space and than I fall into my body after that everything looks blurry for a sec than when I step myself out of the room or teleport than everything's look extra hd so much clear but it just lasts for 10sec or maximum is 1min man it's really a lot of work to even dream 10sec in a dream is 1hour in reality for me time really moves fast when I'm in a lucid dream 😅
finally a technique that dont require an alarm or waking up
so when i sleep it feels like a time warp.i close my eyes when i open them 1 hour just passed i just see pitch black then its morning like how can i see dreams?
Ok so I was dreaming and there was a fire and my right foot was in the fire now I have no foot but otherwise it worked till I woke up to smoke and a black foot

Feeling your feet is an interesting method.
I'm confused. Even if I'm awake I'd know my socked foot is warmer than my bare foot. How does this cause one to know they're dreaming when it'd be the exact same as awake?
You set a precedent that when you sleep, you wear only one sock - causing one foot to be warmer during sleep. During the waking hours, you (obviously) wear two or none.
Therefore: the only situations where one foot is going to feel warmer than the other are:
1) awake in bed
2) during a dream (the socked foot in bed influences the dream)
3) or in very rare circumstances when awake (one foot in a swimming pool for example).
So, if you're walking around, thinking you're awake, and then notice that your right foot is noticeably and inexplicably warmer - you can be pretty certain you're dreaming.
Think of it as a forced dream sign - similar to the flashing lights of a lucid dream induction device (which also have the possibility to misfire in bed when you're awake also).
Body temperature is one of the few senses that seem to permeate into the dream world with relative ease.
