- At the Southern border, large groups of migrants are continuing to arrive seeking asylum. Amid the growing humanitarian crisis, United States Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas visited the border over the weekend. NBC News’ Guad Venegas reports.

We have PLENTY of homeless AMERICANS that would do the exact same jobs if only set up properly and given the chance… I’m so so SOOO tired of this argument “they only take the jobs that Americans don’t want” that’s a bunch of bull. What they also conveniently leave out is they take up the class room space , the tax revenue , and medical care that Americans DO want and that WE pay for. What's really irritating is that not one nativist will admit that the US is responsible for much of the chaos happening in Central and South America. Immigrants have come from all over the world to live here, yet Mexican and Central Americans are somehow worse. Not one fact is stated about how these millions of people add BILLIONS of tax revenue to the government.

It is not only Haitians and Central Americans, but also Cubans and Venezuelans who have a political, social and economic crisis that is happening there in those countries. But they do not emigrate to Chile or the United States, Brazil, Canada, Peru and Mexico; those countries have many problems migrating to countries such as Uruguay, Paraguay, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Belize, Suriname, Costa Rica and Panama.

This is not a humanitarian debate issue. Let call it for what it is, the US is being invaded by a concerted efforts from Mexico, China and other countries. So stop trying to justify and resolve the situation via humanitarian point of view; treat it as you would with any invasion to your country. The problem is the modern US, since its rise to super power status (relatively after WW2), has never fought a war where it is invaded by a foreign power and thus is confused in defining their border crisis.
The only way to reverse the situation in the US is a bloody revolution to dismantle the corrupted system which is only there to protect and enrich the elite ruling class.
Congress passed HR 2 Secure the Border on May 11. The Senate is sitting on the bill and JB said he would Veto the bill in a statement on the WH website.
