Midnite's first west coast performance in Monterey, CA in 2002. This is when i first discovered this incredible band. I loved this era of the band, Vaughn, Ron on keys, Abijah on guitar, Dion on drums, and Philip on bass.
Not the first West coast performance they were at Club 19 Broadway June 20( I talked to Vaughn in da Bathroom before he went on, he gave me a bud in a chocolate box, told me he was a Messenger with fyah in his eyes. I gave him the box back with a bud in it at the Miner's foundry in Nevada City when he had the Full circle CD out..) and SNWMF that father's day weekend..I was at both shows..Vendor at SNWMF..I was also at this show..Blessed Rasta Knew dem well

I'm loving these earlier clips. I saw them circa 2005-2006. By that time Vaughn was more reserved...I love seeing him here dancing and more animated. I would have loved seeing a concert with him like this. Either way I'm glad I got to see Midnite at all. Nice music,two beautiful men ...with the biggest whitest smile that beamed from metres away. Tbh...I have a crush on Ron ever since!!! Lol 😙 I don't think I'll ever get used to the fact Vaughn is not with us. No more Midnite was heartbreaking..now it's no more Vaughn too 😢
