I know how it feels when animators or artists always strive to do their best, and critique their older works. Even the "terrible" and simple things has charm to them, because you made something for enjoyment of others as well as yourself. :3
Anyone on the Discord during October 2018 could submit a character, provided it applied with PTG's constraints for easy implementation. Many of the people who have stuck with the game this long have likely donated at one point, though.
