Yes the slight improvement in HP and Torque is a good thing but
peak torque at 3750 or something as opposed to 6000 or something,
that is the difference.

No, I changed the display mode, not the car
You launched the 2019 smack bang in the middle of the torque dip.. launch it above 4500rpm and you’ll see a difference

It depends on the conditions we don't know if the other car runs in a better straight line than the previous one but anyway the gt86 IS faster at top speed because the new one gets to 229kmh but the old one is a bit faster at that limit.
