In the video I give a room tour of the of Villa and the Luxury Patio Suite. We will check out all the food option for you and of course had to get Pizza Rock at Green Vally Ranch. I had a chance to play some slots and check out the amazing pool here. What is the best resort off the strip? oh can't forget a late night meal at the lucky penny open 24/7

NEW P.O BOX COMING SOON.
In 2004 I was on a work assignment to Henderson. The company put me up at the Fiesta Henderson. (RIP Fiesta) Ever since then I have stayed at Station properties, usually Sunset Station (comp rooms are the best!). I don't miss staying on the strip at all. Green Valley Ranch is a great property, although I haven't stayed there.
I would love to see you show more unique properties like this!!
I love the private pool
Great review of GVR. Beautiful place for sure. Red Rock is very nice as well. Thanks Matthew!💴🇨🇦❤️
100% will check out Red Rock in the future
Green Valley Ranch has everything. The villa was awesome. With so many places to eat, more than some elsewhere. It makes it an entertaining place to go. Love the Keno and didn't know you could get an extra hat on Huff ' N Even More Puff. Found that interesting. Didn't know that. Great tour. Thanks for sharing!
Everytime I come to Vegas, I always stay at Green Valley. I like it's a Tuscan type feel and doesn't look like the typical Las Vegas hotel/casino. Lucky Penny is a must if you want great inexpensive food. Pizza Rock is good as well. I also like Station Casinos have a Regal Cinema. If you want your room to be closer to the lobby, stay in the West Tower. If ya want to be closer to the casino, stay in the East tower. Last if you ask them if you could see a specific room, they're more likely to accommodate you. The staff is awesome! Overall Green Valley is great!
Great video Matthew… love the Green Valley Ranch! Glad you showed it off for those who’ve yet to visit.
Station Casinos video series. There are so many to choose from. Let's gooooo!
Looks like a great resort to stay at for families or those wanting a break from the hustle and bustle of the strip
Thank you for showing us this nice looking off strip casino Matt!. I never knew there were off strip casinos in Las Vegas like this one!.
I visited last week for the second time and loved it. The pool/outdoor space is amazing and the gambling was good to me. Food court is decent but didn’t try any other food option. The area as a whole is very lush and green and such a nice change from the strip for a bit.
I watched GVR and the District being built. I lived in Summit Point from 2001-2006, right behind the property. I always recommend to friends to stay off the Strip. GVR and Red Rock are my two recommendations.
Will do Red Rock video eventually!
I want to take my husband to stay there, I went with friends in October but your terrace room look likes a very relaxing getaway. Something he needs! We are going to Atlantic City for the first time in June. Kinda excited but not sure about the area but I got a comp trip, flights, transportation and hotel on Ceasars and it's time for a new adventure. He keeps wanting to repeat Vegas and then wants to do the same thing! Last summer I said screw it, and drove from Illinois to Massachusetts alone because he won't go out to meet my family. I was gone for a month and I think he decided it was time to go somewhere new or I'll just take my own vacations! Took 2 last year because he didn't want to go anywhere.
Life is too short to sit stagnant in one spot....
Wonderful video Matthew, the Green Valley Ranch looks like a nice place to visit. I am not sure if I will stay there though, it’s a bit too far from the strip. However, I will visit the casino.
Great video had me sold at the Keno Lounge! The pizzas looked yummy too can't wait to check out GVR. We will be in Vegas this coming weekend 😎
I'm so proud of you! You finally listened to my advice on Station Casinos and how off strip is sooo much better! I was at GV in October, they also have houses like air bnb style but owned and ran by them.
Looks really cool. I have read that the Green Valley Ranch area of LV is the top place to live.
Its not las vegas, its called Henderson, we like to keep away from las vegas
🤣
Another excellent video. Matt I really enjoy your content. I’ve been to green valley for dinner. Went to hanks years ago when it first opened. Was excellent. I also remember the reality show green valley had on tv years ago running the hotel. I loved it. Loved the staff. Too bad they canceled it. Looking forward to your next video
It's been a few years since I've I was there. It was a nice place... very layed back.
Yeah such a different vibe than the strip!
Thanks for doing this video! We go to GVR every time we’re in Vegas but have only been in the casino. What a beautiful property!😬
Such a different vibe than the strip. Great video!
Thanks! It looked beautiful yet different than on the Strip. I', glad you enjoyed yourselves.
I haven't stayed at GVR, but I really like their casino. They didn't have the old school _Wicked Wheel_ ,but they did have the newer versions with a panda and a rabbit.
My mom and I used to watch the _American Casino_ reality TV show that was filmed there 20 years ago! The show was cool, but the VP of hotel operations Michael Tata passed away from an accidental Fetanyl overdose, during the first season. His feuding with hotel manager Ninya made the show, so it wasn't the same after his death.
Beautiful property, would love to stay there sometime.
Great video we love GVR
The district isn’t just some shops, it has many upscale businesses including arguably the best authentic Italian restaurant in the city. And, the parking is free! That’s a big attraction these days.
Seemed very relaxing! Great Video!!!
Last time I was in GVR casino a girl in a skintight black cat outfit almost ran into me. We both had our heads down in our cell phones. Anyways, I didn't play any table games for the rest of the say as I took it as a bad omen. The next day I took a $1100 hit followed by a $2700 hit. I am not even superstitious but on the 3 occasions when I crossed a black cat (feline or otherwise)on my way in or out of a casino, I ended up taking losses.
🐈⬛
Wonderful that you went to GVR! ❤
Driven by this property on the freeway from Phoenix to Las Vegas so many times and now I have a reason to stop!
I Love Green Valley Ranch! I won my Grand on Autumn Moon there! It's my go-to coming into Vegas and when I leave Vegas to go home! Never stayed there but maybe one day.
Autumn was not nice to me here this time lol
@@SayHiToMatthew You know she is unpredictable and moody 😂
Excellent video Matthew! Patio, quiet, I'm sold on GVR. Did you stay in the west tower?
Is that pool exclusive to only to that suite? Skinny dipping time!
subscribed to your channel after watching you on pompsie channel, you guys had a great session ,I really enjoyed the luck you brought to that session
Thank you !!
Mathew next red rock then Durango 👍
Good plan
Hank's is great. Prefer the off-strip steakhouses, much better value usually and great character.
That’s a beautiful looking property. How far from the strip is it
15-20 min
Literally live like a half mile away from there....traffic is as bad as the strip lol
Thank you for the tour.
Wish your wife could come with you sometime and also little Leo. Thx for the review ❤
Great looking property. Will have to check it out next timer we’re in town. Question about Joe… where is he making donuts now, or is he?
No donuts now
Great video, looks like a great place.
Hello Matthew, thank you again for a wonderful tour of this casino. Another great vlog!! I’ve been wanting to go there for sometime but haven’t had the chance. You didn’t say how much the villa rate was on the video. Did they give you the price for the villa? Just curious…
Give Leo a big hug for me and say “Hello” to Amanda.
I think it was like 5k a night
You should do a live stream next time you are just chilling in the pool
I love this casino it's 5 minutes away from me❤
Hello 👋🏽 Matthew
The patios are legit!
He reminds me of the guy from Scrubs
I’ll give the hallways a 7.7
🤣
Food tastes better when you winning m
GVR4LIFE!
Do Red Rocks next. Its only fair.
Will do
I want to stay here so bad.
👍👍👍
hey was that the doughnut shop dude?
Yup
your room villa was not the type of comp we locals get.. just being real
Beautiful hotel rooms. Horrible casino.
If it insulates you from the psychopaths and criminals, it's all good.
GVR IS A DUMP! The rooms are gross mold in showers old disgusting carpet. Terrible room service food - like the lowest grade food I can get like jail quality. I’m serious - been going there for 20 years and the last 4 years of decline is gross. They got rid of the best hosts in Vegas and went from truly a 4-5 star resort to dump maybe 2 stars maybe. DUMP DO NOT STAY THERE - you will catch something in those gross ass rooms. Also casino smells like smoke so bad and I smoke
