Peter I just want to let you know I really appreciate your thoughtful videos. Its a pleasure to see videos that aren't about Sauvage elixir, Y and the latest 1 million :) You cover scents that are forgotten or overlooked and often represent great value for the money. I haven't seen you review the old premium lines by Lalique or Boucheron those are really heavily discounted right now.

Spot on brotha…. Phantom Parfum is sooo good! An I concur , the original Valentino Uomo with that hazelnut is gorgeous. Loving my Caron pour homme I bought from your recommendation, if you remember, good compliment getter. Thank you, hope all is well, An btw, Oud Malaki by Chopard is a banger!!!!!!

I have never heard of some of these scents.
That break I took was too long.
Last Cologne I bought was in 2006, I think............it was a Sephora brand.
But I did take your hint to purchase Bois De Yuzu by Karl Lagerfeld.

I Heard that chopard is kind of polo green (vintage version) smell i never smell it or the current version or that blgari man-i definitely like old school masculine smells...
somewhat in that direction . perhaps ,a smoky cousin ....

Hello, I watched your video about creed royal oud and I had a question. Could you tell me which are the best seasons to use it? and if it is the warmest creed to use in winter in your opinion? Hotter than original Santal or Boas de Portugal? Thank you very much in advance. great review and great channel.
Royal oud is a classy fragrance and works for anytime in formal Air-conditioned spaces.
Santal Royal is better suited for cooler weather and Bois de Portugal is fantastic in spring. It is also the most mature out of the three. Followed by Royal Oud and Original Santal being the sweetest.

I bought Quorum, Lomani Pour Homme, and Lapidus Pour Homme. I’m waiting to get them in the mail. Have you ever tried anyone of these? I’d be curious to hear your take on them.
I used to wear Quorum for a while in the 90s or so. Easy in the summer with this one ,it used to be quite powerful .
I haven't had the chance to try Lomani, but Lapidus pour homme is fantastic 👌 citrus floral with tobacco and plenty of honey.
I still use it now and then.

Not too much. The lavender and other floral notes, as well as the Musk, lend it a little bit.
If you like the classics, this will become one of your favorites .

yes I have and I still own a bottle. Fantastic fragrance in a golf ball from 1989.

@@ScentTrail I have principles and won’t subject my skin to that one. Honestly, it may be the greatest fragrance in perfumery history, and I’ll just miss out. Kinda like rap music, I know rock is dead, but I just won’t subject myself to it. YSL Myself is my line in the sand. Join me people!! Seriously though I’ve heard nothing but flattery about Myself (see what I did there) and I'm glad that you like it. It is always great to see a new video from you. All the best to you and yours.
