I have this same machine and this happened after a month of use. Transit bolts were removed on arrival, levelled off with spirit. Started shaking then getting worse, after a day it started leaking from bottom. Turns out bearing was goosed on it... Month old machine, I would say it was used maybe 15 times max.
My first thought remove the transit brackets. They’re attached to the drum casing at rear to prevent it moving around and damaging outer casing during transport.
How to ruin a factory new washing machine, it keeps amaze me how stupid people can be who even hooked it up with water and drain? But was like F it, lets leave it with the transit bolts init lmao

Mine was replaced after 12 months of use mouldy door seal was the worst thing but replaced due to the spinning got so loud not the best Chinese made washing machine but the steam function is great 🤷♀️
Either transportation bolts or the machine is not levelled. Not hard to check those adjustable legs. Or this was done on purpose and put bricks in it 🤣
had the same problem with a new samsung fronloader..did remove the bolts before first wash..only realized afterworts that these bolts each has two parts ..a bolt that you can turn out,but also a rubber and plastic spacer part.so after i removed those the machine stoped dancing...the manuel and pics only suggested 'remove bolts'...confusing..
At least yours spins, mine doesnt spin at all, since I purchased in 2019, I’ve had it replaced under warranty twice now this one is broken, and apparently they only give one year warranty on brand new replacement warranty machine, maybe because they know that within that time it will break down again, hate Hisense will never buy anything Hisense again, completely waste of money and it only causes you headaches and stress

The reason is that the transport bolt must be removed or the lower base bolt must be adjusted to the ground level in a balanced manner

you have screws on the back that you have to unscrew. those screws are used to fasten the drum to the machine during transport

Open the small door on the bottom right corner and unscrew the pump filter and clean any debris there that has blocked the pump from draining.
