I try to do this and just be content no matter what is happening. I saw a shirt at Walmart that says be content no matter the circumstances and that stuck with me! Also thank you for being here! I enjoy your videos so much ❤️
You’re so smart to do a load or 2 every day instead of letting it all pile up and try to get it done, folded, put away in one day (especially when you have kids at home). You’re a good mom I worked out at the house when my kids were growing up so I needed them to help with different chores and it seems like today a lot of people don’t do that with their kids so kudos to you great job it will help them in the future knowing how to do things be safe God bless

I have a very similar schedule and it works well! I call Monday “chore day” , because it’s kind of pit catch up from the weekend and to get the house back in order . That way I don’t have to worry about too much for the rest of the week except for basic stuff and laundry. Enjoyed your video!

I say good for you. It amazes me how women run around picking their teenagers laundry up and picking up and cleaning up their rooms. If you start like you have when they are young it teaches them responsibility. I think that is awesome. And you are absolutely right. Set rules for them. And these days it is electronics. Whatever they love the most. You are a very good mother. I have said this before and it is true. My girls did laundry, they dusted and swept floors all sorts of things. And I showed my son how to do laundry so that when he left he knew how. But he did outside things like mowing the lawn, walking the dog, whatever needed to be done helping his father. Good for you.

Love that you include your kids in helping with the chores, Marie! I do the same with my 10 year old and my 4 year old. My 4 year old actually LOVES helping with anything and everything. It's good for them!

Just a little tip:
use only 2 tablespoons of detergent for regular washers and 2 teaspoons for high efficiency washers you only need that much to clean your clothes using too much detergent can stick on your clothes and ruin your machine over time same with fabric softener use vinegar instead it makes the clothes soft and doesnt smell
The only reason that they have those measuring marke on the detergents is so they get you to buy more since your using alot
When you use too much detergent i heard when theres alot alot alot of suds it can prevent the items from getting clean right

I despise laundry lol I always as horrible with not putting it away when I do it all in one day! The last two months I’ve split it up throughout the week and it’s helped me tremendously! Haven’t been living out of baskets 😂

If I wash it all in 1-2 days, I never fold it all. I'm so much more caught up washing a little each day.
When it comes to laundry with multiple people under one roof, you have to do what works best for you. Laundry is my least favorite chore. I salute you for teaching your kids age appropriate chores they can do. Kids need responsibilities. It helps them appreciate things better. My cousin was in college and her first apartment. Her roommate had to teach her how to start a vacuum and use it correctly and how to do other chores. Pretty ridiculous.
Thank you for another great video lots of motivation and great tips on laundry I know other moms with children home appreciate all your tips you are a great mom and you’re doing a great job teaching your kiddos how to do things my sister and I our mom would not let us do anything when I think back how she did everything she wouldn’t let us do dishes wouldn’t let us do laundry or cook we could’ve helped her out so much and I wish she would have taught us many things and I am still learning when I watch all my CZcams moms we are never too old to learn new things I enjoy your channel hope you have a great blessed week ❤

I gasped when yall just dumped all the Littles clothes in the washer.. I have to spray shout on almost everything 😂 My boys are so messy, and I never know what will stain or not. They also like to put things in their pockets, so I'm always checking alllll the pockets. 😅
If they have stains on their clothes. I don't mix them in with the other clothes. I put them on top of the washer so I can spray them with stain remover before they are washed. ♡

I was bad about washing multiple loads a day then not having the time, energy or motivation to fold it all. This routine helps me sooooo much!

I wash sheets with towels and all our clothes together carpets i wash with my couth cushions
I like the idea of keeping the sheets under the bed. I can do that under one bed but the other bed doesn't sit up off floor
I have both of my girl's sheets and pillow cases in one tote underneath one of the beds. It works out great!
@@MarieLoveAsbury yeah maybe I can keep sets to both beds under my king size bed! That sounds good! I have them currently in a larger box but it gets so crammed haha I think if it won't fit in the tote I don't need it! Thanks for the idea!! ❤️

I tried to have my 11 yo do her own laundry but she didn’t fold and just dumped the clothes in her closet 😅. I have taken it back for now. I don’t sort colors, just dump it all in the washer. 😮
I never sort colors. I dump it all in together.. unless it's a bright red new shirt, then I'll wash it with dark the first time.
i need a laundry schedule like this!!! i always try squashing everything into 1 or 2 days a week and it really isnt working out.
I get so behind when I do it that way. I just follow this routine of doing a little bit everyday and it's so much easier to stay caught up. 🌞

I started my channel as a motherhood/homemaking channel and just stayed consistent. I started filming and editing on my phone and now I use filmora software to edit. It takes dedication, but I love it as a job and hobby. 😊

Nope, I never iron unless it's a funeral or wedding or nice event. I usually just toss the clothes in the dryer to get wrinkles out.
