- In this episode of Jodhpur Street Food tour, we covered the traditional Rajasthani thali at Gypsy Restaurant. Moving on to try the best chai in town at Bhati Tea Stall. Next, we had the most sought after street food of Jodhpur - Mirchi Vada.
We tried some unique street dishes like Masala mayonnaise omelette near Ghantaghar, chicken silly - crispy fried chicken, the creation of Al baik and finally Kashmiri chicken which has nothing to do with Kashmiri cuisine at Jammu and Kashmir Hotel near the railway reservation counter.

Hi anubhav personally i went Jodhpur 7 times. And every time i eat gypsy thali super testy food they serve. Surya namkin is best for kachori & mirchi vada every times i eat there. You did great food tour. Totally thums up 👍🏻

I would suggest go to tlrajkot and make video on Rajasthani thali.i won't suggest the restaurant ..just search for the highest selling restaurant there..go during day time lunch
Gypsy restaurant serves the best chole palak.Taste remained same even after twenty years.

Glad to share that if we look at the history of "Thali" concept, it is started from Morbi-Gujarat with the restaurant "Thakar Thal". The communication system which you are talking about is also started from there only. They have developed non-verbal communication signs for each 'Thali' cuisines, and the same system of communication is spread all over India. Thank you.

sir please come to my city bikaner (rajastha). It has a far better taste than jodhpur . The sweets and namkeen we make are world famous as you can see "Bikaji namkeen" exported to UK and USA also and the famous Haldiram also has its roots in rajasthan. So please visit bikaner for once and you will fall in love with the food we eat 😍

Please go to udaipur in natraj hotel at railway station this thali you will get in 220 rps with lot better service and ambiance and much better taste i guess

You should have visited zone by the park hotel. You will not regret it. I saw ur videos from food ranger . I am a regular youtube food ranger and migrationology followers. I wish u come to zone by the park hotel in jodhpur to have the authentic rajathani with the proper hygiene and safety i dnt share much but i request u to come and visit. My name is kipgen.
