34 here. I've learned how important it is to pursue the things YOU want to pursue in life; regardless of the judgment of others. Doesn't matter if it's family, friends, or society in general doing the judging. This is YOUR life and you get to live it the way YOU want to. You'll have massive regrets otherwise.

I've pretty much come to the same conclusions in my life. ....and yes! Don't listen to the news. I cut the cord to cable in 2016 and quit watching TV and msm. Plus saved a little cash...and stress!

I've learned a few things. One. If you push something hard enough, it WILL fall over. Two... Getting old is all about giving up things you like and falling apart. I highly recommend you don't do it.
