Pizza crust with cauliflower CRUST:
2 cups of grated CAULIFLOWER
1 cup of freshly grated CHEESE (low fat)
1 EGG beaten
mix well (on a blender)
after everything is blended spread the mix on top of a PARCHMENT PAPER
and Place the mix onto the paper and spread out into a pizza shape, Place crust into an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook approx. 15-20.
Ive really enjoyed the breakdown of info at the end and the explanation portion of summer shredding so far. I hope you keep that aspect. Ive learned SO much from your whiteboard ❤ thank you!

Go to Trader Joes. They have a cauliflower pizza crust with very minimal carbs. Yes I know its not bread, but during a cut you can't be picky. It tastes good and it gets the job done. I find cooking it longer to get it crispier works wonders. Or purchase a pizza stone that you can place in the oven. This enables to crust to get even more crispier. Like this so Christian can see!

lukeceravolo actually it’s the most efficient way in my opinion cuz it takes 15 min to make and its ready whenever u need it hot in the cooker. But ig depends on ur schedule.
Carson Smith maybe it's just my rice cooker. It takes up to an hour depending how much I put in but never any shorter than 45mins

For the pizza base use a Joseph's Whole Wheat Lavash Bread. It's bigger than a flat out wrap and macros are 16g Carbs, 3g of Fat, and 12g of protein!!! Haven't found them at HEB but at Walmart in the bread/wrap isle.🙏🏼

Flatout bread is at Fred Meyer/Kroger! My FAVORITE bread/base is Joseph's Lavash Bread which can be found at Walmart. Joseph's Bakery brand also has pitas, flatbreads, and wraps. I love making macro friendly pizza with the lavash bread though!

Use cauliflower for the pizza crust! Its a lot easier than you would think and much lower carbs than an actual pizza crust! And it tastes absolutely amazing!! Great video
