Painkiller Chapter V Level 1 (City on Water) Secrets Walkthrough

- One needs to acquire all the secrets from this level to get the Tarot card. I sure hope the video ties up some loose ends!
-Enhanced and reworked video: The quality of the video is higher and the acquiring of the secrets is overall done better than in my previous Painkiller and BooH Secrets Walkthrough videos.
-I was playing through the game as I made this video...collecting all secrets and of course the Tarot Cards. The run is made in Nightmare difficulty mode.
-I tried to pinpoint the location of the secrets accurately and also to show the way to collecting them as clear as I could.
Painkiller: Battle out of Hell version 1.64 + All in one Bugfix.

@msanyable Hi man! Yes, if you mean the sharp cones from the roof(2-3 timed jumps). It was almost impossible to do it in that way while recording in very high quality...:)
dude secret 4 I got using the Card Speed and using the building in front of it - it was hard as hell.

I actually did the first secret a bit differently but involved firing a lot of rockets at that large box and very precise movement to jump and not hit the box.
Yeah, I know it is possible to move it with explosives if you are persistent enough...

Hey I have question for you ... I was finished 4-4 With trauma but can'T open chapter 5 level 1 and i can't login battle out of the hell with trauma mode I have all tarot cards but said unlock 9 black tarot cards to active this mode
+HiqhWoLTaqe Firstly, you can't play chapter 5 of Painkiller in Trauma. The game ends after beating Alastor in Trauma.
Secondly, to unlock Battle out of Hell Trauma difficulty you need to unlock 9 cards from Battle out of Hell. So you need to play through it in Nightmare first and unlock cards.

Bwahahaha I got that jump for #4 on the first try. (We’ll leave out how long it took me to scale down the building safely on the first one though haha)
on first secret monsters we're following me and then they pushed the box i didn't needed the barrel

I would like to know how you discovered them in the first place? How did you know where it was worth wasting your time trying?
While I found most of the secrets together with a friend, we couldn't find some of them, such as the crazy ones from this level. There was a site, painkillerhell, that had screenshots showing how to get them in frames, so we put it all together and made the videos.
Ps. I used speed card to get secret 4 :)

Hi! I have i suggestion to secret 4. U can jump across through the tops of "church towers" if u know what i mean. I hope u get it :)

why the hell is th city on water locked for me on trauma mod i beat the boss in world 4 but world 5 wont open, what am ia missing?
There is an alternate ending on Trauma difficulty. And game "ends" after level 4-5. So as far as I know, there's no way you could play chapter 5 on Trauma. You have to play an easier difficulty to see them. In the original game, Trauma difficulty was locked. You had to complete the game on Nigthmare and collect all cards to unlock it. They made it available from start with Black Edition, I think. I may be wrong tho, since I don't know what edition you are playing. I played original unpatched version when it was first released. And own Black Edition on Steam now.

You are correct and yes Black Edition and Painkiller + Battle out of Hell vanilla both come with Trauma unlocked in the Painkiller chapter.

Yeah...well you gotta take it.:P There multiple ways to get it...but what I show is kinda the easiest.
at 2:40 man how the fucking hell did you find that? I found every secret even the hardest to find....but this wa just simply inhuman.
There was no sign, no help or simply NOTHING to lead you to jump into the fucking dead ocean.
I spent over 2 days or even more to find that last 1.

Long ago there was a site which showed screenshots of every secret. I used those to track down the hard ones and make a guide. Rest assured this one is crazy hard...well hidden.
what's the reward for this? I think I give up that. Like in Babel Level....I found EVERY DAMN AMMO (looking on ytb for that and status was: FAILED.) so fuck ur secrets Painkiller.
