Rolling stone, y’all need to reevaluate the production of these videos! We’re only hearing the audio from Charlie’s monitors in the room and not getting the full detail of the sounds. Y’all should’ve had the audio coming from his interface and layered that into video

This is my favorite song on the album! The lyrics are exactly the story of anyone and everyone I have ever been attracted to in my life.
It has been 21 years since I have added a new album in my top ten all time favorite albums list. The mark of a top album, in my personal opinion, is an album one can play over and over again, without skipping any tracks. And, never getting tired of playing over and over. I have listened to this album non-stop since it was released!
I feel the same. I think my last full album favorite was Lifehouse No Name Face (obvi I was having an emo phase) 😆 that was 22 years ago!
The thing with this album is that it’s only for a “targeted” kinda group. Some people can like it without understanding but if you do go through what the lyrics do it resonates with you 100x more which I kinda like how he made a full album however he wanted and however he liked to express himself

This is fun! I feel as though all of Charlie's songs are ear candy and make me feel happy and satisfied, like a tasty meal or a perfect hug. It became cold and rainy, outside,today, so I listened to Charlie Puth's songs, and it seemed warm and sunny inside my house!

I used to have fun with recording, then I realised I was always stuck I my room, never playing live. He's a brilliant song writer, but needs to forget tiktok and just focus on songs. There's some great ones on the new album, but his last one was far superior in Kerala sound.

4:32 can another engineer explain this to me? I thought it wasn't good to have frequencies under 20-30hz in your mix, especially if your music get's played on large monitors/systems. But I trust grammy-winning charlie puth more i guess
I wouldn't play with those kind of sub-low frequencies. I think it can get real messy if you don't know what you are doing and have the proper equipment to measure and listen to it.
(I'm not a sound engineer though)
