I made this video using some videos prepared by Vertex. Vertex is the pharmaceutical company that commercializes Kalideco. They distributed those videos in Intl Meetings to physicians, and I decided to mix then together in a sequence.

CFTR is moving Cl- ions out of the cell against its concentration gradient correct? can't Cl- leak into the cell with its concentration gradient, it has the highest net flux out of any ion
