Eh it's pbe , new stuff is usually overturned to showcase then 2nd week a balance. Then release usually a bigger nerf.

If I'm mistaken, the cannon balls happen 2s after attacks and abilities. So, to get a lot of stacks, you need to do little damage but over a long fight. Like, you could easily double or triple the amount of total stacks in a fight if you try not to deal damage. They were dying way too quick most of the time.

The level you play is very low btw. Grinding in master in euw i realized 99.9% of the times you grasp certain comps just because your enemies' level sucks so much. This goes for every single tft streamer but the competitive ones. Have a good day :)
