    Add more types of hoodie blanks such as tie dye, marble hoodies, or 2 color split blanks. Add the option to be able to design hoods. Also denim blanks for embroidery or patches would be a game changer. More styles of sweatpants and joggers. There's so many more options of blanks out there and I feel you guys could take advantage of that. Im sure people would love them as well!

    Thanks for this video! I will say there is a significant difference between the Bella and Next Level on the shoulder seam. The Bella seam ends before the end of the shoulder, rounding it out. The Next Level takes the seems to the end of the shoulder giving you a more "squared off" look, making it a better choice for men.

      Took the thought right outta our brains!!! 😎 - However I don't think it will ever happen. Comfort colors uses a cotton tag that is also dyed to match during their pigment dying process.
      We relabel (completely remove comfort color label) and sew in your own tag, for this very reason

    Nobody mentioned the Bella Canvas vs Next Level 3600. Damn, that's exactly the choice I'm having to make now. Can't find any in my area to sample though.
    I'm also currently having to choose between the Gildan 5000 and Gildan 2000. I heard someone say the 2000 feels like sandpaper after putting it on, and it's supposed to be softer then the 5000. For real?

    • @apliiq
      @apliiq  Před 2 lety

      I think most people are leaning towards B+C 3001 today. The shirts are very similar, but B+C does a tremendous job marketing and positioning their products. B+C also seems to have the upper hand on color selection and stock (for 3001).
      You have it backwards on the Gildan shirts. 5000 is closer to "sandpaper" the Gildan 2000 is a softer version of that shirt, also the cut is more narrow, while the 5000 tends to be a bit boxier.

    Cool vid guys. Very helpful! Thanks. But I was a little let down when the "made in USA" were all made in L.A. That is BARELY American made. But I still ordered some Bella Canvas shirts to try out, and to support the home team. We gotta try to stay away from "made in china" as much as we can! Even if we pay a couple $ more, gotta support American jobs. And better quality is a +.

      @@jaklintopalova6554 Thank you for jumping in and it feels great to BE back. ;-) Thanks for sharing. I think embroidered patches or direct embroidery can work! What type of socks? Low ankle, mid ankle, high calf?

    • @jaklintopalova6554
      @jaklintopalova6554 Před 3 lety +1

      @@apliiq In my opinion, high calf will be great as an option! We actually made a research about POD socks but the garment they offer is only 100% polyester and no cotton and the customers were really disappointed of the quality. So I have no doubt that you will kill it if you decide to supply high-quality socks on Apliiq! :)

    • @apliiq
      @apliiq  Před 3 lety +2

      @@jaklintopalova6554 Hey Jaklin, yeah, it's a real down side with most all over prints. 100% poly isn't typically perceived as the best quality. Embroidery or patches could be done with 100% cotton or blended socks.
