Rubies from Aappaluttoq, Greenland.

On May 2017, Field gemologists Vincent Pardieu and Philippe Ressigeac were invited by "Greenland Ruby" and "LNS Greenland" to visit their ruby mining operation at Aapaluttoq in Greenland. During that visit they could visit the mine, study the deposit and its production and collect some samples on site, at the mine to be studied soon at DANAT Gemological Laboratory in Bahrain. A publication will follow by the end of 2017.
