The Great Asia thought HDB has been building dormitories to house Singaporean workers in the past two decades.
This project in Tampines has made me to realise that HDB has settled for new low - they are also building "JTC factories".
The rot/内卷 in HDB has to be how serious in order for the organisation to become so senseless and robotic?
