Barbu AND Pasha got the same result, but because Barbu got more jury points (12 as opposed to 10), she went through! Ridiculous! Pasha had the better performance and song! Barbu's staging needs major work to do well.

I agree, if Natalia had good staging she would've deserved it, but no she didn't. I couldn't even see Natalia's face in the close up for the entire performance and the cameras were so awkward. In the middle has good staging potential but this performance elevated nothing. Unlike Valleria that had the whole package.

Moldova’s NF was so weak. So this actually was my favorite. But it is still SUCH A step down from Natalia’s in-cred-i-ble song from 2007. That one is in my top 100 ever!!! This will absolutely not reach that milestone.
But it was the best song. But it’s kinda… low on impact.
wtf, this song is one o the worst one that Moldova has, the last years was so good and specific with the music they have,folk is such a great type of music, the Eurovision need to be about finding new cultures and learning what they have

Because if you were looking for Moldovan national culture, this one might have come the closest, because pretty much everything else was really, really forgettable generic Europop this year. I agree with @escadri4407 in the sense that it was a weak field this year for Moldova, especially considering the talent they've sent in the past.

I was rooting for anti princess. But anyways, with this song. I think Natalia is a good singer but the song itself is a bit boring to me. I like the violin part though. The staging was a snooze fest tbh, but Moldova tends to revamp staging. I still don't see this qualifying especially since it's in the first semi.
last year Moldova gave us actors from GoT. This year the song like from GoT, mainly the violin part

I disagree with the jury being the tie breaker, so in that sense anti-princess should've gone through but the drop and the spoken word bit on that were so bad live that I'm sorta happy this won instead.

Its in the first semi - its not Qing. That said i think Moldova were probably boned whatever they chose.
The girl that got 2nd place said she will file an appeal because the winner was decided by jury votes when she got almost double the votes from the public, and their last points were equal
There is no tie break rule in the TRM Etapa Nationala regulations, so it will be interesting to see the basis for the appeal. But this is something that will now have to change and a rule agreed.
There is a clause in the regulament that gives power to organizers to pick the winner anytime through the process so chill out. It was a tie break and Natalia’s song was far better so did decide the TRM!

Very generic & quite forgettable, sadly. Especially remembering Natalia Barbu's great rock song in 2007! It seems the "fun & slay era" of Moldova in Eurovision is over, at least for now ;) But gladly we have ther fun entries this year to replace it. ;)

Fortunately, the song was not selected for the final. The song was so boring, despite the fact that the artist has a great voice. Even if the artist now claims it was political, it simply wasn't. It just didn't meet the taste of the viewers who were allowed to vote in the countries.
She is not a winner! Valeria is a real winner because she won the televote! TRM DECIDED TO SEND NATALIA IN THE LAST MINUTE!
Hi Noosh! I agree with you that this song is flop and will stay in semi-final! Last year Moldova sent much better song than this and I really liked this song, but this year it is really awful!
