- #KO2 #AT34S #ATT - Testing session for slightly moist cold foggy weather with close to zero temperatures. Terrain tested was Dirt, Grass, Mud and a bit of Asphalt. The testing session was shorter than usual due to the superb traction that made it hard to differentiate between tires, for more tire details and result you could see the AT chart updated here in the attached images:

This was a great review video of the AT family from Cooper. I love the tires, love the vehicles, and I really love the morning fog and the frosted over trees, beautiful video!

Hey guys i just wanted to say that you make very good and informative videos abou Dusters . I will be moving on from my LR Discovery 2 to a Dacia Duster and will be equiping it more for a touring car. However its very nice to know what this car can do and that i dont have to fear that i wont reach places in our forest like i can with my Disco . Keep up to good work!

NICE TEST. I usually use a Michelin latitude cross in my 2017 Subaru Outback (I ride 85% on asphalt) but I´m interested in this cooper ATT. Thanks

Cum se comporta in caz de pana avand in vedere ca roata de rezerva are dimensiuni mai mici ? Probleme la diferential?
Greu de zis pt ca faci greu pana, plus noi avem roti de rezerva AT. Posibil sa iti dea niste becuri aprinse in bord de roata fara aer. Uzura doar la anvelopa.

Rims are called Japan Racing as for the logo, we give you the master files to make versions in your country, otherwise we will need to mail them by post.

Not exactly, they are flawed on wet asphalt and solid frozen snow... that is if you are not driving like an old man ;)

@@sylvestros the springs are Ironman too. The performance of the springs+shocks is medium on the road with a soft tire.

on the road which tire is better than the three tires ??
AT34S for stability and control and ATT for fuel consumption, KO2 is not very good at anything on asphalt
Are the Dusters being sold in the US?
I think they are sold in Mexico under the Renault Duster brand... so maybe you could import?

Good sir, may I ask you on your opinion on the Yokohama Geolandar AT (015)? Would you rather have the Geolandar or the Cooper AT34s for Summer use? In Winter im using winter tires. Vehicle is a Kia Sportage 2005, with 115hp. Thank you! Awesome videos btw.
Geolander 015 are very HT tires, they have mediocre grades on all surfaces, go for Cooper

Hello, i have the duster 2017 dci 4x4 model, i need your help, i want to change my tires and i think about for the cooper discoverer AT3 sport2, are they safe on wet asphalt, i have the cooper ATT and they are not good at all on wet asphalt, if you know someone else AT with good skills on wet asphalt i will hear you, ty very much.
go on Dacia Duster Trails Facebook Group and search inside for the AT chart / clasament . And yes we also graded the ATTs poorly. While AT3 Sport 2 should be much better on asphalt. Grabber AT3 is also a good asphalt tire with dry winters.
Cum se comporta bf și at3 4s vara pe asfalt? Se tocesc repede? Le pot folosi atât in sezonul de vara cât și cel de iarna? Mersi, frumos video!
Buna, depinde mult de suprafete (grohotis vs asfalt) si calitatea geometriei, chimic se tocesc similar, KO2 parca o idee mai mult din cauza profilului mai ascutit si patratos isi pierde din muchiile ascutite. Ambele pot fi folosite in siguranta toate cele 4 sezoane insa KO2ul iarna trebuie sa stea undeva pe la 1.5-1.6 ATM si AT34S poate sa stea linistit la 1.8 ATM. Evident asta inseamna consum o idee mai mare fata de o anvelopa dedicata de iarna. Ambele ATuri au avantajele lor pe suprafete diferite, insa cel mai polivalent ramane AT34S pentru toate suprafetele.

You need to test the Falken wildpeaks at3w am incredible tire now comes from the factory on the Toyota RAV4 TRD Off road edition
EU and US version of Falken Wildpeaks AT3W(S) are much different! I bought it in Europe considering US reviews, but what I got was different tire, more street oriented, differetn thread design, diffent sidewalls (EU version sidewalls are more like a baloon, while US are more rectangular).
Hello, So do you think that BFG KO2 is not really that good for a lighter vehicle such as a Duster ? I have KO2 on my LR Disco 2 and i am quite happy with them. Yes i need to be a bit more carefull when its wet but nothing major. I think when i will wear down my factory tires i will buy Cooper AT3 4S for summer use. I would like to go places that are bit rocky (Croatia near the sea etc etc) and i am not really comfortable doing that with normal street tires since ive gotten used to just flying thru rocky terrain in KO2s.

I think probably the most scientific way to test tires would be to just compare them by climbing a hill and crawl control and set exactly the same speed. This is a great video I think it would be cool if somebody did a video like that though
Not really, because breaking in mud is not a particularly required feature and there is a huge difference between breaking traction and spin traction.
@@DaciaDusterTrails crawl control shouldn't brake much. That would be descent control that you're thinking of.

yes, I know that cooper atts are summer tires. I need a summer tire that can handle some light terrain, rocks, wet grass, mild mud, I'm deciding between Cooper att, yokohama g015 or g058? most driving 95% will be on the road. which would you recommend? also from the point of view of consumption noise? or other tires?

Can you please inform us if the level of noise of BF Goodrich All Terain KO2 on highway and speeds from 90kph to 120 kph (in comparison with other all terain tyres) in a Dacia Duster. Is it tolerable?
It is not, you have a hummm...sound especially at 90-100, the rest is tolerable. It also depends on the size and lift

Check with your local dealership and see if these tires are right for your vehicle. I would recommend them 110%.

Remember that that is an MT, almost a hybrid, anyway lots of people need ATs since they need the extra breaking in wet.

The correct order is >>> 1. AT3 -- 2. KO2 -- 3. ATT
I'll go for the Yokohama Geolandar A/T (G015) 225 65 R17. Will order them and see if they fit with my Skoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI 4x4 200PS.
I know the KO2 is way better in mud terrain - but for me or my cases no choise.
KO2 is actually poor in mud ;)

Normal, tot ce testam noi e pe tot anul. ATTurile sunt anvelope de vara, asta am descoperit noi cat si a fost confirmat de Cooper pe email, deci ATT sunt chiar periculoase iarna.

So just to be clear the Cooper Discoverer ATT was the winner, ko2' s are second place and the at34s are third.

I just see the cooper at3 4s whizzing around, Ko2's seemed good too!! but it said first car ATT, but the first Car is the At3 4s, Just a straight answer would be good looking to get some At3 4s they are on sale for a really good price, snow and ice where I am don't have money for the Ko2's they are double the price...my question for the huge paragraph is...The motor Master Canadian Tire's brand X Trail Eliminator is what it is called, Designed and made by Cooper for Canadian Tire. They are newer and haven't been out as long as the Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S, but they are around the same price. I was wondering from what you can see and read online or in your experience with the at3 4s, which one you would choose. I am buying one or the other, put a deposit on both tonight, and I have an appointment in a couple weeks to get one of the sets I choose. Just wanted your feedback, I know you haven't done or maybe even tried the Motor Master X Trail Eliminators, but I was hoping you could try and give me your opinion I would greatly appreciate it. By the way your videos are so awesome!!! and fun to watch, you really do test the heck out of the tires and show what they are capable of, that's pretty sweet!

Depinde de suprafata, inclinatie, umiditate si temperatura si mai putin de sofer, cel putin in testele noastre iar daca o sa avem zapada ai sa vezi ca si Cosmin aluneca la fel in acelasi loc. In al doilea film intradevar soferul e mai noob insa de asta e si pus sa repete de mai multe ori.

Dacia Duster Trails definitely! Haven’t heard much on the cooper’s in snow, but from what I’ve heard they do exceptionally well. The BFG KO2 and Goodyear Duratracs are the ones I hear about all the time being great in the snow... (not that I’d ever get to try that down south in the US)

Este scris in engelza ca sa putem sa promovam mai usor un produs romanesc pentru un public european. Deasemenea pentru a confirma fabrica din Romania ca principala pe subiectul Duster in ochii publicului, fata de fabricile din Brazilia, Rusia si India care fac Renault Duster.
