Here are Master Of Puppets, And Justice For All, and the Black Album with the clean tone of Enter Sandman and heavy tone of Sad But True !

I’ve never heard the MOP tone as good as yours
needs more low end. if you listen to the guitar isolated tracks youll notice that MOP has a specific low end tone and none of the other albums really have

obviously htere are some differences compared to the album sound, and this is solely because here there is NO LAYERING for guitars (im im not mistaken in the studio james usually records 4 layers for rhythm lol). anyway i really love the lack of mids and the abundance of bass in the AJFA tone it really captures the exact thing.

I did the death magnetic tone and I did 4 guitar tracks listen to it if you want. 😉
There is that weird filtered sound that ajfa has from using 2 outboard EQs after the preamp, even after the boogies graphic eq, that makes this weird midrange comb filter sound. Your recording is the only one I've ever heard that captures this. I have had the exact setups and, yes, you can get the metallica boogie sound just like everyone else on CZcams with a IIc+ but there is still that strange eq filtering that noone gets. I've stuck a graphic eq in the spot but it just doesn't do the same thing as having 2 very narrow band parametrics with extreme settings in series. I guess the fx3 was able to nail that in the tone matching?
Another thing that I noticed when listening to the isolated guitar tracks is each layer has slightly different EQ settings with stereo left having a more bass heavy tone and stereo right having a more treble heavy tone.
master of puppets was either 3 or 4 layers ajfa was 8 layers and black ablum was 3 execpt for sad bit true which had 8

Hi. I downloaded this preset and it doesn't sound as in your face. I adjusted the amp gain but its still not as crunchy as your tone. My pickups aren't active but they are high output passive. any tips on getting it more crunchy?
Hi man if your pickup aren’t active it is difficult to get the same sound as me in the video but maybe try an overdrive block before the amp

How did you do ajfa preset ? Did you use tone match function with your mark iii ?
I don’t have any Mark III but yes I did the preset witch the tone match block and a IIC+ or IIC++ block I don’t remember
I have kemper but i really impressed your ajfa profile maybe only one axe fx preset that i liked is yours . If you did ajfa tone match for kemper I certainly buy it :) . I have master of puppets profile on kemper (silent underground studio) it is very good preset but AJFA preset not so good.

Guys can someone please tell me or send a link to easiest way to use AxeFX? I couldn't figure out how should I plug my guitar to my laptop.
hi follow these steps:
- Plug your guitar in the axe fx
-go to the fractal website and download Axe Edit III and Fractal Bot. If you have a windows lap top you will have to install also the USB driver. everything is on the fractal website just go to the website then under support then downloads.i put the link at the end so you dot have to search
- your axe fx has a USB port you can plug your axe fx in your laptop with a usb cable.
- open Axe Edit and its done ;-)
- to record with your axe fx just go in your DAW set the audio preferences on the DAW so that your axe fx is your Audio Interface

@@metfx81 on a serious note, i don't have an axe fx so i can't try them, but i was wondering if you could make the ir's available to use with other stuff like bias or amplitube.
@@arbazann There are some tones on the bias cloud that are available I think I will check but for amplitude I don't know I don't have this plug incsorry
I imported these tones, it doesn’t sound as good as your video? What can I do, I’m using a KH-602 bone breakers.
Thats weird cause you almost got the same setup. Maybe it is the studio monitors you use or the guitar cable you use 🤔
@@metfx81 Possibly! I’m not sure if you are using cab modeling & FRFR? But I have it disabled as I run through my cabinet 4x12 that could also be it!
