Video seems fairly old but just a heads up; When hitting someone with mystery gel on, if it does proc interchange they get a stat reset but it doesn't reset your stats instantly, it gives a notification and sort of a confirmation. I think it can also stack. I tried it with my friend, and interchange seems fairly common (with prismatic geode I guess)
got notif twice, but it did not stack for me

You can use mystery gels to give other people stat resets using claws, the cooldown is pretty short and you can get like 7 minutes easily with shining cauldrons. Its basically guarenteed

Legendary Scales, and good luck with that
Every potion effect (besides power) has 2 reagents, and one will say it makes ‘decent’ potions of that type, and the other ‘high quality’. You can put 1, 5 or 10 reagents of the ‘decent’ tier reagent to make Tier I, II, and III potions respectively. To make Tier IV and V, you must instead use 5 or 10 of the ‘high quality’ tier reagent (you cannot put only 1 high-quality reagent).

Not fake, you can get interchange effect from mystery V specifically. It may just be a bug that you don't get a notification from it. Didn't Aphori also show that they didn't have a free stat reset beforehand too?

edit: Whenever you drink a prometheus, it says you received the interchange effect in the bottom right so you don’t miss the reset effect. In this case, the dude didnt get a pop up which means he had the effect prior
