I would split test even the very beginning, 1 camp with very lazer targeted audience and one with broad targeting. Usually I start going broad after the pixel is trained.

There is a great difference from audience to audience based on the niche. U can get an audience with just a few thousand people or millions. I would start with one that has no more than 1M people.

Well hypnosis is not that very common keyword brother. Compare the results you are getting from your ads manager and the API to see if there is any difference. Try to find a broader keyword.

When my audience is narrow CPM is too high above 20$ for US. If my interest is broad 3m or more CPM is below 20$ but CPC is low below 1.5%. Could you please help me?
CPM does not matter as long as your ROAS is there. I always look ROAS, then Cost Per Result than any other metric. If I am doing 100% return on ad spend, I don't care even if the CPM is $50. Hope that makes sense.
