I’m so happy I’m not the only one who has been becoming more introverted with age. I love my friends, but more and more, I just want calm, relaxing, me-time. I’m 29, and I (have been) extremely extroverted.. so idk, it’s been a very strange evolution of character for me… but I am enjoying it very much.

Former tennis player here! I would bring your racquet to a tennis store for them to string the racquet for you. You won't be able to string it at home without a certain machine. They can recommend good strings for you based on your playing style, how long it's been since you played, etc.

You are not alone in feeling this way. Back in my 20s I was down for anything big groups, not knowing where I’m going, being around people 24/7 but in my 30s I do not like crowds I get anxious, I don’t want to be around a lot of people everyday & I need to know the situation of where I’m going 😂😂😂. I was talking to my hairdresser about this & she is the same way!

That’s right take time for you, take a hot bath, it’s not selfish, it’s self care it’s so important. I will take a day work out, treat myself to Starbucks…… sometimes I go to a movie alone…. Or sometimes I take a shower and just watch chick flicks and face masks. It very good for your soul.
