Homestead | THE TRAIL WAS SO DUSTY I JUMPED IN THE CREEK!

SECCA Round 8 @ Homestead, Oct. 1st, 2022. It was a dry, dusty trail. All was going as well as can be expected until lap 3. I ran off a narrow bridge for no apparent reason and landed flat of my back in the creek. It cooled me off but ruined my chances of a good finish.

Yes it was. After I took the plunge in the creek, I was spent. That led to several more mistakes. Maybe my poor riding will help others feel better about themselves 😉! That's me, always thinking of others...
