I think reason of block on this video is actually Music Bank. I've heard that reactions to any shows covers or shows performances usually get's blocked exactly because it's music show. Same issue with kcon performances, I think.
Yeah, Handong have sub rap part with Dami in that moment. They rap together line from line. (Sorry, but my english is not enough to say that correct, that duo moment.) And also Dongie have other few rap moments in DC, like in My House cover, or if I remember correct, that was Eclipse
The Rock Influence is as usual Dreamcatcher's Touch on that Cover, but it also feels like (after listening to the Original) as if Leez and Ollunder even retouched the base Instrumental of the Original. The Rap is also in the Original(Handong did some Rap Vocals during her Youth with You Performances and the 2 p.m. My House Cover and on one of their Japanese Releases and on the Track in the Frozen) , BUT Siyeon is truly showing her Range in the upper Register with her Parts in that Cover. Because the Parts in the Original are definitly lower compared to what Siyeon does in the Cover.
Yeah... Live tv station reaction can be a hit or miss. Sometime you get lucky, sometime you don't. One thing for sure, Dreamcatcher's covers are always a hit for me. The behind the scene showing their preparation for the cover are chaotic as ever. Siyeon and Yoohyeon actually have a rap duet cover called You look good. Their other great group cover is "to the DJ" from the same show, my house cover from kcontact. Handong does rap enough to be considered a sub rapper tbh.
