I swear, it has been years since I last time even touched any C&C game but Sybert's casting is such a pleasure to watch non the less. Keep up being such a pleasurable caster to follow, these videos are a way to brighten the day for me.
the golden suits you see at 54:57 are for the infantry you summon in from airborne reinforcements. It's one of those things that EA got done but left out of the game for some reason, leaf found the skin and added it back on.
Every time i see Venoms i get excited. I love those guys!

I really enjoyed Masterleafs Kane´s Wrath coverage while Sybert was away. It´s different but still good, more into explaining tactics and stats. But when it comes to general commentary to these games, there is no one like Sybert.🥰

Yeah the community map makers have produced many, many great competitive maps for KW in the last 10 years.
Gwaspari repeatedly sending his devastator warships to their deaths had me pulling my hair out.
@Sybert 55:00 those are the support power infantry that get called in. they used to not team up with the same rifle men so it's good they at least also look different even tho the same unit.

That was a brilliant display of perseverance from Rildcom and DuneTiger. They were behind by 4 games but clawed it back.
Haven't been keeping up with your vids as of late, so boy am I glad to catch up! Much love from HTX. My wife and I still love watching these, or listening to them.
As I always tell casters: the more you can take from baseball/basketball casting, in the describing dimensions and establishing spatial continuity for audio-only people.. it's absolutely always a plus. Your visuals and presentation stay the same with only much more descriptive audio. Describing player spawns in terms of cardinal directions; as buildings are built, particularly important ones, describe which way they're base creeping; with skirmishes and sneaky movements, describe the vector and bearing from origin to endpoint; use clock or angle descriptions for unit envelopments/positioning, etc.
Not criticizing you in anyway, I just know you give a damn about the craft and the passion is undeniably there. It's harder in a real-time game as opposed to something like AWBW, but I know you can do it to further enhance and make it even more accessible.
Like I said, just think of high quality baseball/basketball/hockey radio casting.. except you DO have a visual element to also work with!

Red sold the capped Drone but in that moment of buzzer chaos *did lose his prodigy,* either a buzzer slipped through the wormhole or something on the other side. MCV ownership returns to Blue but sell order already in process, so Blue receives the money. Your side stats confirm it btw. ^^

I always played the German version of the game and the attack bikes are called "Nod Mods", which I think is way funnier.
Absolutely fantastic games, the only steamroll was game 3.
Absolutely wild how rildcom really decided from game 5 onwards that his midgame strat would just be mass scorpions and it actually worked every time. Never see that in high level play.

42:40 those funny visual glitches when units get teleported :D Just a bunch of corruptor goop flying halfway across the map. I think that hexapod actually got teleported forwards? If you look at the traces or tracks in the ground and the corruptor goop it seems like it. The behemoths are also shooting at something off screen in that direction a second later.

I''m never going to turn on health bars for everything and leave them on, so if that's what you mean you can stop commenting. I turn health bars on when I think they're needed and keep them off most of the time.

Hello , Do you use any Graphical mods or are the Map textures and lighting so crisp that it looks so different and better than vanilla ?
Yes, but I will say the default game just looks very good as is when you max out all settings. However I do use Masterleaf's 4K texture pack which also has reshade packaged along with it and then I very slightly tweak the video in the edit.

I can't help being a little disappointed every time a player just leaves the game. I know he knows he's defeated but having so many units left and just giving up kind of makes me feel sad.
Pro players are just a very own species i guess :)
Knowing when to leave is a delicate balance. Leave too early and you're giving up a game that could potentially be a comeback, give up too late and you're wasting everyone's time and some people consider it poor sportsmanship. Though usually it's only an issue if someone is deliberately trying to impede the flow of a tournament and I can't think of a time that's actually happened.

Im guessing the anti vechicle early defenses just arent worth the price? Or rather just invest that in a troop that can move around.
Generally no. As you say players tend to prefer to spend their money on something mobile. However anti-vehicle defenses have been tweaked a number of times in the last few years and they're more viable so you'll see them, but generally good players prefer units.

Just download the 4k remaster mod that I made, it dramatically improves the colors. Sybert also uses it.

As of right now the re-color feature in the overlay system isn't released yet. Also it only works in replays as of right now so you wouldn't see it in games that you play.
Masterleaf's 4K mod is quite good though.

Last game goes to show that SUPER UNITS are *SUPER OVERRATED* ... they are slow, not that strong, and cost a lot of money and attention. Giant moving targets.
You can get a nice lil (versatile) army with that cash and those troops (in total) have so much more power and HP and flexibility those clunky chunky fatboys do not.
1 Marv cost the same as *11(.4)* Scorpions (counting that useless reclamation hub) - that's up to *30.360* HP!! versus pathetic 19.500 of the Marv!
... or you spend it on a nice 4x pack of Jets! (and blow up tech 3 with ease). Or Stealth Tanks and whatnot! All of which FAR MORE cash efficient....
Did nobody ever do the math on this Oo ... or is it just me and my Eve ridden brain?
