- I solo hiked and backpacked Tour du Mont Blanc in Autumn with my dog. Tour du Mont Blanc is a 170-kilometer hiking trail that encircles the Mont Blanc massif, passing through France, Italy, and Switzerland. I did multiple variants instead of the main route. The Mont Blanc massif with its stunning landscapes, challenging terrain, and charming alpine villages, it offers a captivating and unforgettable adventure for hikers. Yens, I just love your videos. You are able to catch the beauty of landscapes, the light and atmosphere so perfectly. When I hiked the TMB I often had tears in my eyes, just because of the beauty of nature. You are able to bring those tears of joy as well. Thank you for taking us with you on your hikes. Thanks! Some trips he's able to come along and some not. It has to do with budget. Sometimes taking him along costs me double or almost triple the budget that I would pay if I went alone
@@YensBastiaens Ah I see, I was thinking that it might be just baggage issue but it was budget matter. Filming and traveling is already costs you a lot, and you also have to pay for his traveling fee. Thank you for your explanation.
Also not a fan of taking him on an airplane in cargo space😅 and don't worry it makes sense to wonder why Jack doesn't join me everytime

Yens, what a top tier quality content. My shepherd puppy is 8 months olds right now and I cant wait untill he is fully grown so we can make similar hikes.
If you could ever do a video on how to hike with a dog, it would be much appreciated. How do you time eating and drinking with the excercise (to avoid a turn of the stomach), what gear do you bring for him, what do you do in case of an emergency etc. etc.

The mountains have always inspired my admiration and respect.... Each in which I have been whether it is the Alps or the Scandinavian mountains or even "my little" Tatra mountains ...
