The houses there in Tagaytay looks like in South Carolina. We went there last year. They said that the houses in that state was built in World War 1 when English and France joined the US against German and started building awesome houses.

Nice house and development but wish they did not take down all the trees. The Woodland which is just down the road kept the trees so came out much better. The Woodlands looks like your living inside a forest.
