How to create MIRROR IMAGE EFFECT // Photoshop Tutorial

- In this tutorial, I show how to mirror things using Photoshop. This is a super useful technique for when there's a cool wall/feature on one side but not the other, you can create your own symmetry and double the leading lines! I also show how to change the colours of the mirrored side to make the edit look more realistic and believable.

Thank you Katie! This one took me about 20-30 minutes total to edit :)
Great tutorial! Is it possible to make the mirror side another colour (instead of blue), it’s a dumb question, but I just to be sure 😅
Thank you!
Thank you Sandy! Not a dumb question at all, you can change the colour to anything you want when you move the Hue slider in the Hue/Saturation tool. Just slide it not to the very end
The motion blur tutorial
@99limitz

This is so good man! Will def try this and the motion blur tutorial as well. I have a heap of photos from Japan that I think will be perfect for it. @tamwise
Thanks so much! Oh that's dope, yes try it out! Japan photos are always the best!
Ok, but lighting reflection where coming from? You forget put the source
I understand that, but the point of this tutorial was to show how to mirror things and create something from a wall that people just normally would walk past without thinking twice - just trying to help people think outside the box when it comes to photography
What settings did you shoot your camera on for this
For this shot, I took it on my Sony 12-24mm f4 lens at 12mm, f4, 1/50s and ISO1600 (because the location was a bit dark)
Phone can edit like this effect or not?
this awesome, next tps for mobile street photography ? :) @firhanaji
Thank you! I've already made a 5 mobile photography tips video :) Here's the link: czcams.com/video/1JyLBFcgfGk/video.html

You should Google "Photoshop alternatives" because I don't know, I only use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for editing photos
The video on how you edit your photos in Lightroom and Photoshop was my favorite video. Great job again today. My Instagram page is @photography.by.tommy - Looking forward to the next video!!
Oh dope glad you liked that one! Thanks so much!

Thank you! Which of my previous videos have you liked the most?
@@demasrusli Hey Demas I really like your video style. Short and comprehensive and always dedicated to make it as easy as possible to replicate your style or techniques. Just like your last video on how to do the DAY & NIGHT shift, even with different composition. Massive inspiration and currently my favorite! As a photographer myselfI think it is great that you share your process and help others to get better in this form of art. I'm a fan of your Instagram work! In the future I would like to do my own Timeslice but with Final Cut :).
@@damianmaring Thanks so much mate! Appreciate the comment and I'm always happy to share and help 🙂
