How to create MIRROR IMAGE EFFECT // Photoshop Tutorial

  • In this tutorial, I show how to mirror things using Photoshop. This is a super useful technique for when there's a cool wall/feature on one side but not the other, you can create your own symmetry and double the leading lines! I also show how to change the colours of the mirrored side to make the edit look more realistic and believable.

    Great tutorial! Is it possible to make the mirror side another colour (instead of blue), it’s a dumb question, but I just to be sure 😅

      Thank you Sandy! Not a dumb question at all, you can change the colour to anything you want when you move the Hue slider in the Hue/Saturation tool. Just slide it not to the very end

      I understand that, but the point of this tutorial was to show how to mirror things and create something from a wall that people just normally would walk past without thinking twice - just trying to help people think outside the box when it comes to photography

      For this shot, I took it on my Sony 12-24mm f4 lens at 12mm, f4, 1/50s and ISO1600 (because the location was a bit dark)

      You should Google "Photoshop alternatives" because I don't know, I only use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for editing photos
